Full Phase K9 Training Reviews (%countItem)

Athena T, from Full Phase K9 Training has been deceitful in refunding $1,500 from a full board and train for my dog 8 month old German Shepperd(She took him December 14th 2019). She returned him untrained with 2 sores on his neck from burning him with the e-collar. She promised to pay $250 every 2 weeks then she stated $500 every month then said I cannot sign an agreement with you because I cant pay you back. I do not have the money at this time, she would not commit to a timeline. I understand she has personal issues however as a business owner you should have insurance or some sort of back up for when situations arise that you offer a refund. I disputed the payment with my credit card they advise me to file a complaint due to fraudulent actions because in her statement she said it was a quality issue that the customer was not satisfied with, in her own word she stated

"PLEASE SEND ME THE BILL SO I CAN COVER IT. AND IF YOU ARE APPREHENSIVE ABOUT FUTURE COLLAR USE, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO ME AND I'LL REFUND FULL 1500 + VET BILL. I CANT EVEN FIND WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW HORRIBLE I FEEL- THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER HAD A DOG FAIL THE PROGRAM, AND GET A COLLAR SORE. I AM SORRY."
Athena has not contacted me in regards to the refund and no other action has been taken on her part to resolve this issue my dog was returned to me soaking wet stating he had an accident in the car, he was returned to me (January 4th 2020) 1 week after the stated time and had two open sores from where the e-collar burn through his skin. The harm to my dog on top of the financial dispute would make me rate this as the worst experience ever. I was blocked from their Facebook page in order to prevent me from leaving a review to warn others.

entered into my board & train program - and my statement was correct. He has been the first one to fail, and the first one to develop collar sores. I did offer to give her a refund in payments of $250 every 2 weeks, but then I informed her that I'd lost my other job around christmas time. I told her that I would give her a new payment timeline when I found new employment. When I took on ***, I'd assumed that he was just another GSD with anxiety due to lack of structure. She lives about 4.5 hours away, and we met in the middle. So upon taking ***, I wasn't aware how severe his behavioral issues were as I hadn't met him before. Through the training period - I told her he wouldn't be perfect by the end of it. A few weeks is not enough time to conquer ***' levels of anxiety and reactivity. And she acknowledged that. In the contract that she signed upon starting the training program, it states that a refund is up to my discretion, as well as a non-refundable $300 deposit for the equipment & travel costs. I'm going to issue a refund, and offered to include the "non-refundable" $300 if she sent me the eCollar back. At this time I still haven't received the eCollar. As far as "unblocking her so she can leave a review" - I haven't blocked her. I told her upon giving *** back, that I would be pausing business for an unknown amount of time to learn more about how to solve severe cases like her dog. I unpublished the facebook page, and have been working on finding another job so I can afford to issue her a refund. And upon return - *** was damp. He peed in the crate on the ride to meet ***, and I stopped to clean him up with the bottle of water & towel I had in the car. I'm presently working on filing for a personal loan to pay her back but have yet to qualify.

As of 2/18/2020 I issued a refund of $1,255.00 to ***. I've withheld the remaining $300 as I'm waiting for her to send the eCollar back to me. As of 03/02/2020 I have yet to receive it.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Revdex.com,

Full Phase refunded the total of $1218.30 sent via Paypal as a payment and not a refund. This incurred a fee of $36.70 which Full Phase has agreed to pay when the collar is returned, this collar was not used by me at all so I am speaking with the manufacturer to see if they can certify that it is a working unit to make sure is in working order before it is shipped out, I will feel more comfortable having a third party verify. I do not want to have them say it is not working and keep the remaining balance as I no longer trust their word. If I am not able to get the third party verification I will send insured via USPS no later then 1 week from today's date of 03/05/2020.

Upon further investigation Athena T, Owner of Full Phase K9 was not accredited by IACP as she claimed on her website when the initial claim was filed. This type of deceitful behavior worries me about the legitimacy of Full Phase K9 as a business. Her lack of professional integrity makes me question all of our interactions. Morals and Integrity should be part of the core of a legitimate business/ business owner. I have attached further emails from the "accrediting board" and their request for Mrs Athena to remove their name from her website. I think this matter goes beyond a refund, this is now a matter of deceitful behavior that in the Webster dictionary defines it as fraud(see below for reference):

Definition of fraud1a: DECEIT, TRICKERYspecifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal rightwas accused of credit card fraudb: an act of deceiving or misrepresenting : TRICKautomobile insurance frauds2a: a person who is not what he or she pretends to be : IMPOSTORHe claimed to be a licensed psychologist, but he turned out to be a fraud.also : one who defrauds : CHEATb: one that is not what it seems or is represented to be

I hope the Revdex.com is able to take action and classify this interaction as more than a simple refund complaint as it originally started out and classify as fraud since the intent to deceit an gain financially by misrepresenting credentials.

Regards
