I stand by the original responseThe stove was removed without permission on the tenants on accordPer the lease the tenant is responsible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I stand by my response as well they have my stove teir bender removed it without ur permission is NOT my fault u have my stove and I have nothing I want the stove or the $$$$$$ Regards, [redacted] ***

With all due respect to the previous tenant, she had no authority to have the stove removedThe stove was in working condition and the owner did not want to replace itThe tenant stated she was used to "luxury" items and wanted everything new The owner did allow the tenant to use their own refrigeratorThis is common, as many rental houses do not have refrigerators A stove is considered a permanent appliance and expected to be in place when someone rents a houseThe vendor was authorized by our company to remove the refrigeratorThe tenant talked them into removing the stove as well...clearly the vendor was confusedWe did not pay the vendor to remove the stovePer the lease agreement signed, the tenant was responsible for the appliance she did not have authority to removeThe owner should not be financially harmed because a tenant removed a major appliance without permissionIt was the tenants responsibility to replace the missing appliance

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] the person I had to deal with was rude and obnoxious When I moved into the house the appliances were awful As I stated before the refrigerator was molded and rusted and smell awful The stove was nasty and filthy and the bottom drawer was broken WE HAD TO RENT A REFRIGERATOR !!! I found a stove on sale and replaced both costing money I knew nothing about that the property people would have a vendor to pick up the appliances When the vendor showed up he picked up both and went on his wayI am not responsible because the vendor "was confused" I did not "talk" the vendor into anything I was not shown a receipt or any instructions from Sienna Properties and further it is NONE of my businessThe vendor did not work for me All I knew was he was there to pick up the appliances WHY would it be appropriate for them to keep something that was NOT theirs and insist that the vendor "didnt know any better I paid almost $for the stove and would like to be compensated for having to leave the stove Further more the tenant should have already replaced the stove AS I STATED BEFORE, SIENNA PROPERTIES SENT SOMEONE OVER (COULD HAVE BEEN ***'S BROTHER) WHO KNOWS !!!!! IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE VENDOR DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE SIENNA PROPERTIES All I know is he willingly removed the items and wen on his way I did not realize I did anything WRONGAll I am asking for is to be paid for the stove and [redacted] does have a copy of the receipt showing what I paid for the stove I pray that I am reimbursed at least $ I am OUT $and they have my stove THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! THEY STOLE MY STOVE PLAIN AND SIMPLE SINCERELY, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

I stand by the original response. The stove was removed without permission on the tenants on accord. Per the lease the tenant is responsible.

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] the person I had to deal with was rude and obnoxious.    When I moved into the house the appliances were awful.  As I stated before the refrigerator was molded and rusted and smell awful.  The stove was nasty and filthy and  the bottom drawer was broken.  WE HAD TO RENT A REFRIGERATOR !!!  I found a stove on sale and replaced both costing money.  I knew nothing about that the property people would have a vendor to pick up the appliances.  When the vendor showed up he picked up both and went on his way. I am not responsible because the vendor "was confused"  I did not "talk" the vendor into anything.  I was not shown a receipt or any instructions from Sienna Properties and further it is NONE of my business. The vendor did not work for me.  All I knew was he was there to pick up the appliances.  WHY would it be appropriate for them to keep something that was NOT theirs and insist that the vendor "didnt  know any better.  I paid almost $500 for the stove and would like to be compensated for having to leave the stove.  Further more the tenant should have already replaced the stove.  AS I STATED BEFORE, SIENNA PROPERTIES SENT SOMEONE OVER (COULD HAVE BEEN [redacted]'S BROTHER) WHO KNOWS !!!!!  IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE VENDOR DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE SIENNA PROPERTIES.  All I know is he willingly removed the items and wen on his way.  I did not realize I did anything WRONG. All I am asking for is to be paid for the stove and [redacted] does have a copy of the receipt showing what I paid for the stove.  I pray that I am reimbursed at least $275.00.  I am OUT $500.00 and they have my stove.   THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!  THEY STOLE MY STOVE PLAIN AND SIMPLE.  SINCERELY,[redacted]   Regards,

With all due respect to the previous tenant, she had no authority to have the stove removed. The stove was in working condition and the owner did not want to replace it. The tenant stated she was used to "luxury" items and  wanted everything new.  The owner did allow the tenant to use...

their own refrigerator. This is common, as many rental houses do not have refrigerators.  A stove is considered a permanent appliance and expected to be in place when someone rents a house. The vendor was authorized by our company to remove the refrigerator. The tenant talked them into removing the stove as well...clearly the vendor was confused. We did not pay the vendor to remove the stove. Per the lease agreement signed, the tenant was responsible for the appliance she did not have authority to remove. The owner should not be financially harmed because a tenant removed a major appliance without permission. It was the tenants responsibility to replace the missing appliance.
