This letter is in response of a complain ID # ***, regarding a vehicle maintenance on July 31,
"">On July 31, 2014, the shop received a phone call from Mrs, ***, *** asking fora oil change estimate for a *** *** GXP, Mr*** *** (Supervisor) provided an estimate with the given information of the vehicle and quoted her $up to Sets TotalMrs***, *** schedule an appointment for an oil change on her vehicle
"Want to NOTE that Mrs, ***, *** was not present for the service, rather her husband Mr***, *** delivered the vehicle for the appointment
Mr*** *** made Mr_ ***, *** aware that his vehicle required Full Synthetic oil which is a price difference of $up to qts Total, Mr, *** approved the service
Mrs***, *** called during the oil change process and became upset about the price differenceMr*** *** informed Mrs*** that her vehicle requires Full Synthetic oil, which is required by the manufacture specificationHe quoted her for a basic oil change with the limited information provided by phoneUpon the vehicle arrival, he informed Mr, ***, *** of the circumstances before performing the oil change serviceMrs_ *** was not pleased anddesired a full refundUnfortunately, the technician had already began the oil change process, therefore Mr*** *** offered a discount of $for the misunderstanding customers Unfortunately, a full refund is not provided due to the alt ready discounted price provided to Mr***, and Mrs*** ***We are apologetic for the misunderstanding, but due to the limited information provided by phone the quote is subject to change upon a full evaluation of the vehicle in shop

I am rejecting this response because:
The basic information that your company has submitted to the Revdex.com is completely [redacted] & false  There was never a phone quote!   I took the car in for an estimate for a leak.  The quote that "the owner" [redacted] gave me was based on having the car on the hydraulic lift, specifically I asked how much oil change would be for my car (2008 [redacted]) that was up on the hydraulic lift. The owner [redacted] then went to the computer to look up the price for the oil change.  The car was present during the estimate, I drove it in myself.  I was also on the phone with my husband who asked me to get oil change price.  I have the text messages/call log on that day in question.  This company is lying and has provided false information.   I also have the business card that "the owner" [redacted] gave me that day with the hand written estimate for the charge to fix the leak of the radiator fluid that my car was leaking on the passenger side of the car.  
This is "the truthful & actual facts" that happened on that day.   "The owner [redacted] as he identified himself saw the car personally, he actually took me into the bay under the hydraulic lift to show me where the leak was at.  Therefore he personally saw what kind of car, make and model when he quoted us the original price.  The day my husband took the car in, I had called to ask  "the owner" [redacted] at 4:40 pm how late I could bring the car in, I was told by 5:00 pm in which I told him the car would be there, and my husband left & made it to the business to get the oil change.  This company basic business practices is fraudulent,  by giving prices/estimates that they do/did not not honor,  and then adding insult to injury making up complete lies on what transpired on that day the car WAS psychically brought in, looked at under the hydraulic ramps, and I was given given both estimates (one written on the business card), the verbal oil change estimate of $32.95.  I checked the rating of this company when I first made the original compliant.   It was a "F+" and now understand completely why they have this rating with the Revdex.com, especially after my personal experience with this company.
