Review: Several years ago I purchased a FSI 3000 cedrus sauna at a home sale event in Tampa, FL and had the sauna delivered to Lynn Haven, FL. Currently the sauna is showing several error codes on the electronic display. I need assistance to get information regarding the error codes and how it may be repaired. I have tried to contact the company many times via the email links shown on their web site. None of the links appears to work and there are no phone numbers to directly speak to a customer assistance person.Desired Settlement: I would like to have contact with a customer support person to assist in evaluation of the error codes and how to repair the sauna.
