Full Spectrun Online Marketing

I was looking for good company and good service , I call Spectrun cable and Internet Company, and customer tell me after year my service payment goin down ,so I add two other channel and my monthly payment was little bit more and I accept, after one year I call and ask for my package special payment but my monthly payment going up "not special package " any way so look this company make business in wrong way ,my payment go up with not information before!! and keep tell me sorry by the customer service was wrong ,and I have to pay this wrong information?? .I totally disagree, for me look Spectrun make money giving wrong information in their favor ,but not to the users the services I feel Spectrun cheated to me because I continue with them and what they promised me was a lie Hope they stop lie to people !!
