Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2016/02/25) */
To whom it may concern,
The customer placed their original order on 3/30/2015. The customer then waited until 5/18/2015 to file a charge back on his order claiming that it was never received (this was obviously not the case, as we had proof...

of delivery). The customer called several times stating that a part was missing items from the order. We went through our records, they showed everything had been packaged correctly and shipped to the customer. There was no indication at all on our end that anything was missing from the order. The customer was notified that additional parts could be purchased for the price of the part plus shipping. At this time the customer was stating that he was missing only nuts and bolts, the customer was notified that these items could be picked up at a local hardware store as a much faster and cheaper option seeing that they are over 2700 miles from us. The customer was notified of this on many occasions. The customer then said that he had misc. part left after the install once the customer sent the picture of the misc. items remaining he was notified that some of the items they had pictured were not ours. However the customer continued to insist that they were. The customer then sent a picture of his truck that had sustained damage due to the lack of a part being installed (the customer has said part, it was sent to us in a picture) The customer states that he has a recorded conversation of him and one of our sales associates and in the conversation he was told that he did not need that part. First California and Florida are 2 party states and the conversation cannot be recorded without both parties knowledge and none of our employees gave their consent to be recorded. However we said that if this was the case and they had that conversation we would like a copy of it so that we could take the appropriate action on our end with our sales staff as well as take care of him and get him the parts needed to fix his truck. The customer refuses to provide any such recording, the customer was notified that nothing would be done on our end until we had the recording for proof that this is what they were told. The customer is claiming that he has a truck that he doesn't drive due to the missing parts yet his truck has sustained damage that it would only have sustained if he was driving it after not properly installing his lift kit. The customer's story has changed several times since the order was placed almost a year ago and seems to be continuing to change. Although we would like to help everyone we can't just send out parts to every person that claims they are missing something especially when it takes them so long to notify us of an issue.
Sincerely,
Management

Review: I paid off my car on June 5, 2014. I have not received the title yet. I have contacted the business several times and was told that it needed to be sent to PennDot. The title was never sent to PennDot and I have since purchased another car and I need to transfer the title to my Aunt, I am giving her the car for babysitting. Now that the registration and insurance has run out Full Throttle tells me that they need to take the GPS off of the car before they will release the title. Had I been told that in the beginning there would have been no problem, however now I cannot drive the car legally. I leave messages and they do not respond. I have been told repeatedly that the owner is out of town or hasn't been in. This has been going on since June 5th and I don't know what to do at this point. I have told them that I will gladly bring the car to them once the title is transferred to my Aunt and the car is insured. My Aunt can't afford to insure the car with my name on the title because of my driving record.Desired Settlement: I just want to get the title to the car.
