Fullard Construction

Review: Mr. Jeff F[redacted], owner of Fullard Construction was supposed to build our home. I requested he keep me up-to-speed once a week to see what is going on with construction of our home. He never did so. Usually would return a call every 3 weeks. The first week of October he assured me entire outside of home would be done by Halloween. Not one thing on outside of home has been done since. Plumbing was done. It is PEX. It is usually installed in 1 day. Gas lines were not installed the way we agreed. Electrical was done in 2 days. NOTHING else has been done in months. Thats 3 days of work. Mr. Fullard refuses to answer any of me, or my wife's phone calls. He also will not respond text messages. His secretary is impossible to get ahold of. She emailed a schedule to my wife saying home would be done by end of March. It was supposed to be a March 1 finish. They have done nothing. No work in months. He will not answer or respond to calls. He is knowingly breaking our contract we negotiated with him, and has destroyed any trust we had in him. Our bank loan is contingent on the home being completed. He refuses to do so. This will cause myself, a professional firefighter considerable financial hardship. He has been made aware of this. Due to issues with the HOA of this planned community, we already got a loan extension. Mr. F[redacted] knows this. He had alot of extra time to complete the house. He still has not.Desired Settlement: We have been MORE PATIENT than anyone that has ever hired a contractor. Jeff F[redacted] is knowingly breaking the deal of the contract. If anything we should be given extra attention being that the home is closer to completion than ground breaking. Mr. F[redacted] continues to do other jobs while leaving us in the dark. He has been paid on time, everytime the contract dictated a payment.
