I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered Full Crystal Clear cost of item as advertised on TV is $19.99 however, when I ordered on line and much to my surprise Fuller Brush added extra cleaning crystals which I did not want total cost $49.99. I immediately called Fuller Brush to cancel the order. The customer service rep that I spoke to said she canceled the order and it would not be shipped. A week later I received the order and again I called Fuller Brus and spoke to a customer service rep she looked up my account and confirmed that I did put a cancelation but did not know why it was shipped but for me not to worry to keep the product and my card will be credited. Several other phone calls to Fuller Brush but to this date nothing has been resolved. This has been extremely frustrating and I'm at my wits end. My next step is to call my credit card company. No longer will I do business with Fuller Brush.
