Response: There was some confusion about who was going to respond to Mr. [redacted] concerning the second payment he made in February. We have (per his request) credit this 2nd payment to be his March mortgage payment. I have left him a voice message confirming this with our apologizes for the confusion, and have also sent him the following email: Mr. [redacted], my name is [redacted] and I am the part-time bookkeeper for the Fuller Center. I apologize for the confusion and the fact that no one got back to you regarding the two payments you made in February. As you know, the Fuller Center is undergoing some personnel changes which have affected our ability to have the office manned at all times. This situation is in the process of being resolved, but it may be a few weeks yet before we are back to where we would like to be. We have credited your second payment to be your March mortgage payment and, again, I apologize that no one got back to you to confirm this. For the time being, please make note of my cell phone number ([redacted]) and feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you for your understanding during this time of change.
