Purchased an upscale new home from Fuller Home Construction in July 2015. Most issues we had with the home before closing was taken care of. However, one issue with excessive moisture in the crawl space was not addressed and promised to be taken care of during the one year walk through. The moisture problem became puddling water in the crawl space so by September 2015 called Fuller Home Construction and they sent a representative over. While he was standing in a puddle of water in the crawl space (yes it is over 8 feet tall) he stated and what do you want the company to do about it. At the one year walk through we had several issues that was addressed but the moisture problem was not. We ended up having the crawl space encapsulated in October 2016 after mold formed on the beams, the hot water heater tank rusted and the floor joist insulation became soaked.
