Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business promised within weeks a plan...this was back in spring of 2015...which he did not start until after October 2015...he has continually made errors and did not come through what he promised...he also violated our privacy by contacting mortgage broker and ubtainted private information without our permission..he also contacted a bank to get personal information and very good friends He is not a reliable business...after all this time we feel the contract he forced me to sign is not valid after a year...it is now and have no desire to continue with such irresponsibly of such a companywe have asked for a list of how the money is spent and he has refused..we feel he is hiding money he doesn't want the IRS to find out aboutif your a ligament company you would give a closure of all funds....my husband and I have sent him many, via email that he was fired...all we are asking is refund of money and this would all be over....after several emails back and forth...he did say he would send back in funds...we feel if he would do that, he would do the full That's all he has to do plus our original plans plus my daughters prayer card whom he took from me...this man does not have a very good business ethics Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer signed the attached contract to purchase a set of modular home plans with revisionsTo date I've supplied them with revisionsWe're now in the process of completing the 4th revisionWhen finished the plan will be stamped and sent to the customer closing out the
contractAt the end of this process the customer decided they wanted to build using stick also called site built construction instead of modularAs a result the customer demanded a refundThe contract states the deposit is non refundable because we've already done the work

This business promised within 7 weeks a plan...this was back in spring  of 2015...which he did not start until after October 2015...he has continually made errors and did not come through what he promised...he also violated our privacy by contacting mortgage broker and ubtainted  private information without our permission..he also contacted a bank to get personal information and very good friends...  He is not a reliable business...after all this time we feel the contract he forced me to sign is not valid after a year...it is now 2016 and have no desire to continue with such irresponsibly of such a company.. we have asked for a list of how the money is spent and he has refused..we feel he is hiding money he doesn't want the IRS to find out about... if your a ligament company you would give a closure of all funds....my husband and I have sent him many, via email that he was fired...all we are asking is refund of money and this would all be over....after several emails back and forth...he did say he would send back 1250.00 in funds...we feel if he would  do that, he would  do the full 2500.00. That's all he has to do plus our original plans plus my daughters prayer card whom he took from me...this man does not have a very good business ethics.
