I am rejecting this response because: We found that some of the documents and signatures are forgedIt's a criminal activityWe are going to consult a lawyer and a hand writing expert and we will see Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] in court! Here are my answers to the owner's response: >>Attached are copies of the estimate that was provided prior to the move as well as the move paperwork that Mrs [redacted] husband signed for on the Dec 27th move.>Most of her long email is answered by this paperwork and proves we have done nothing to mislead or overcharge her husband in any way.>The 3rd party person was present for much much longer than minutes and did more work than MrsWolfe is stating (again, she....MrsKei Wolfe ...was not present at either of these moves).>I am emailing a copy of our claim form to the customer to file for the lamp damage since she is stating she has not received the one that was mailedI will copy you into that email so there is no confusion as to it being sent or not>I will forward the copies of the paperwork for the move on 6/11/for your records as wellAgain, estimate and signed paperwork are all present even though she states that is not the caseLet me know if there is anything else you need from me to help get this settled

Roseville Van submitted a bid to move items per original inventory to [redacted] on 4/15/for $Customer agreed to this amount and move was set for 4/18/with crew arrival time 8-9amAt approxam on 4/18/we received a call to change the start time to a couple of hours later than originally agreedIt was agreed to start move later at 1030-11amDuring this delay an email was sent by customer to our office which attempted to clarify what they wanted moved and where the items were stagedWhen moving crew arrived they found out that customer was not present and were confused about the information in the emailAs well, they realized the customer was not ready as they had stated and packing of boxes was going to be necessary to complete the move (customer was to complete all packing per original price quote) [redacted] was contacted and informed of the situation and informed that packing would be an additional chargeHe agreed to pay the extra for packing and the crew hung up and began the workAfter packing for about hours the crew realized that the day was getting away from them quickly and informed the office that they would not finish packing and loading the shipment until approximately 5pmThis was concerning as they still had to driver to Chico, deliver the shipment and drive back home which would have put them over the allotted hours they can legally drive/work in day per California Law [redacted] (the salesman) called [redacted] again and attempted to work out a plan to deliver the next day to stay in compliance with these lawsIn conversation it was stated by [redacted] that it would be a hardship for him to have to wait until the next day so [redacted] volunteered to drive and deliver his shipment to the customer the same day so it could be accomplished legally [redacted] and other office salesperson (both of which are experienced movers) took time from their personal afternoon and evening to deliver this customers shipment (something they volunteered to do so the customer could still be accommodated despite the delayed start time and extra packing the customer changed that caused the delay)Upon arriving in Chico the delivery crew realized they had not brought the correct set of keys for the lock on the back of the truck and so had to take time to find a method to remove the lock (customer was not charged for this time)Items were then deliveredCustomer was contacted the next day for payment after a final tally was complete and a charge of was given to the customer as a final totalCustomer paid that total at that time.Customer contacted office later (maybe a day or later?) to complain about the move, stating that a cube of butter had been packed with some linens and had begun to melt into themAlso, a bag of skittles had spilled out into a boxThey also complained that items were moved that should not have been movedIn trying to sort out what they were trying to say it was realized very quickly that the email attempting to explain what was going and what was staying was either incorrect or one of

In response to the rejection:We may disagree about what was said but there was a bed that did not get moved (that fact is not being disputed)As of today, if there is still a bed needing to be moved I will happily send a crew over to move it to Folsom or to donationIf the bed has already been moved I would like to give $ to Mrs [redacted] , she can donate the money later if she would preferRegarding the attitude of my driver on move day, I have already apologized to her for his actions and the driver no longer works for me.Mrs [redacted] 's rejection of our last bid for her 2nd move was her choice and she certainly was under no obligation to use our services.Respectfully, [redacted] Roseville Van & Storage Inc

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me" The offer of donation I can accept and give to Salvation Army as I promised, though I don't believe it is enoughThanks"

I am rejecting this response because: My mother-in-law had a square feet small one bedroom apartmentShe had about piece of furniture, about boxes of clothing, about boxes of dishes and cups, or wall pictures and or boxes of personal itemsThey charged her the first time of $3,and the second time of $That's way too much! They didn't provide my mother-in-law and my husband an itemized written estimate for them to fully understand what they were going to pay for, nor itemized bill statement for them to fully understand what they paid forWe found that somethings are untrue and are miscalculated on the documents my mother-in-law and my husband signedWe want the owner to recalculate and refund the overcharged $2,to us! Here are our answers to the owner's response:>>Customer was sent a claim form but we have not received that back into our office and are unable to resolve the broken lamps without receiving this form backThis has been communicated to the daughter in law.> and some items were packed into boxes by a 3rd party person on site the day of the move.>It was almost a full week after the move that they began asking about other items missing/broken but the donation company had already processed the items and they were not able to be located>Customers daughter in law was only dissatisfied with price days after the move was completed

We have moved this complainants mother in law two times in the past yearsFirst move was completed over year ago and again just a few months agoWe have attempted to resolve this issue with the daughter in law by phone, email and by US Mail since the Dec moveThere was a refund sent
for $for an overcharge on the most recent moveCustomer was sent a claim form but we have not received that back into our office and are unable to resolve the broken lamps without receiving this form backThis has been communicated to the daughter in lawIn regards to the items the customer states are missing, we delivered a large portion of items to *** at the direction of the customers son (the complainants husband), we have no record of what those items were as they were items the customer chose to send out and some items were packed into boxes by a 3rd party person on site the day of the moveThe day after the move the customers son did call and we were able to retrieve some clothes/jackets from the donation company that were deliveredWe went by to pick them up for the customer at no additional charge even though we, in good faith, had delivered those items to ***At that time they did not mention anything else that was missing or brokenIt was almost a full week after the move that they began asking about other items missing/broken but the donation company had already processed the items and they were not able to be locatedAll items taken to donation were at the request of the customers sonOther items were set aside by our crew as the customers son requested to move them himselfThe jewelry the customer is talking about was placed in that "pile" to be moved by himselfAll paperwork was completed and signed by customers son and done in accordance with California PUC (copies of all paperwork has been sent to the customer for both moves at customers request)Customers daughter in law was only dissatisfied with price days after the move was completedThey actually were using us again because of the great experience they had the 1st time a year earlier! We even sent some of the same crew that was on their 1st move, so it was the same crew and the hourly rates were almost identical (we had a slight increase year over year)On both moves a quote was provided prior to move, days/weeks before the move began and when the service level changed the customer signed a change order before those services were providedAgain, it was only after both moves were completed that the customer began questioning the our hourly ratesAll rates are set well below the Max Rate Tariff for California PUC which regulates moving companiesAgain, we operate in full compliance with this authorityI will email all move paperwork to Revdex.com for further support

I am rejecting this response because: We found that some of the documents and signatures are forged. It's a criminal activity. We are going to consult a lawyer and a hand writing expert and we will see Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] in court! Here are my answers to the owner's response: >>Attached are copies of the estimate that was provided prior to the move as well as the move paperwork that Mrs. [redacted] husband signed for on the Dec 27th 2016 move.<< You forged the estimate and signature. You will get punished by the law! >>Most of her long email is answered by this paperwork and proves we have done nothing to mislead or overcharge her husband in any way.<< You did overcharge a lot! How could it take you 9.75 hours to drive from Granite Bay to Folsom. The two apartment is only 7 miles apart! And you over charge them for packing materials! You took advantage of and ripped off two old people, my husband and my mother-in-law. You didn't show them any itemized moving expense/writing estimate before or on the moving day because you were afraid that they would find out you charged them for the service they didn't get. Now you forged these documents and signatures to cover it! By the way, you made some mistakes on the forged Estimate Inventory Summary dated 12/21/2016. It says: Donation-- Entertainment Ctr.. We want the entertainment center from the beginning and we have never thought to put it to donation. The entertainment center is in my house now. It also says: Dump-- Bed, Queen. My mother-in-law wants to bring her bed to her new place and we have never thought to dump it. The queen bed is in her new place now. It says: 2 Table, Night. She didn't have 2 night table. She only had one night table because her apartment was too small. >>Regarding the jewelry, I have 2 movers and 1 move coordinator present that day that will swear to the fact that the customer (Mr. Wolfe) had asked for a number of items to be set aside as we were packing and discovered "valuable" items or other items he wished to move himself. The jewelry was set aside along with other items like coins, tea and other misc. items at the customers request.<< They are liars!  They stole the jewelries! My husband didn't take anything home himself! >>The 3rd party person was present for much much longer than 6 minutes and did more work than Mrs. Wolfe is stating (again, she....Mrs. Kei Wolfe ...was not present at either of these moves).<<   I confirmed with the 3rd party who is my mother-in-law's care giver and my husband so I know that she was only there for about 5 minutes and she only packed about 10 piece of clothing for my mother-in-law.   >>The reason the boxes she is talking about do not match up with the total boxes packed is because the other boxes were filled with donated items and are not at her house. <<   My mother-in-law only had a 600 square feet small apartment. Her apartment always clean and needy. she didn't have too much stuff. She didn't have that much clothing to fill 7 wardrobes as your forged packing documents says. She is 83 years old. She cannot walk and always need a wheel chair. She doesn't cook. She cannot do anything by herself. She does have that much stuff to fill that much boxes!   >>I am emailing a copy of our claim form to the customer to file for the lamp damage since she is stating she has not received the one that was mailed. I will copy you into that email so there is no confusion as to it being sent or not. <<   You have never sent me any claim form. You are lying!   >>I will forward the copies of the paperwork for the move on 6/11/15 for your records as well. Again, estimate and signed paperwork are all present even though she states that is not the case. Let me know if there is anything else you need from me to help get this settled.<<   Some of the documents and signature are forged! Do you know it's against the law? It's a serious crime. You will pay for what you did!

Called customer on 2/26/18 and spoke with them.  Although we still stand on the fact that there is no external damage to show any relatable issues with the motor not working we will make an effort to help them find a repair company and consider helping them with the cost of fixing the...

motor. [redacted] said he would call me back when he locates the ppwk on the sofa and can provide me with the Manufacturer and vendor they purchased from.Customer may contact you as well to communicate the same. Will let Revdex.com know a further update after further checking on our side to see how we can help.Thank you,[redacted] [redacted]President

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. " The offer of 100 donation I can accept and give to Salvation Army as I promised, though I don't believe it is enough. Thanks"

Roseville Van submitted a bid to move items per original inventory to [redacted] on 4/15/16 for $1265.00 . Customer agreed to this amount and move was set for 4/18/16 with crew arrival time 8-9am. At approx. 8 am on 4/18/16 we received a call to change the start time to a couple of hours...

later than originally agreed. It was agreed to start move later at 1030-11am. During this delay an email was sent by customer to our office which attempted to clarify what they wanted moved and where the items were staged. When moving crew arrived they found out that customer was not present and were confused about the information in the email. As well, they realized the customer was not ready as they had stated and packing of boxes was going to be necessary to complete the move (customer was to complete all packing per original price quote). [redacted] was contacted and informed of the situation and informed that packing would be an additional charge. He agreed to pay the extra for packing and the crew hung up and began the work. After packing for about 2 hours the crew realized that the day was getting away from them quickly and informed the office that they would not finish packing and loading the shipment until approximately 5pm. This was concerning as they still had to driver to Chico, deliver the shipment and drive back home which would have put them over the allotted hours they can legally drive/work in 1 day per California Law.  [redacted] (the salesman) called [redacted] again and attempted to work out a plan to deliver the next day to stay in compliance with these laws. In conversation it was stated by [redacted] that it would be a hardship for him to have to wait until the next day so [redacted] volunteered to drive and deliver his shipment to the customer the same day so it could be accomplished legally. [redacted] and 1 other office salesperson (both of which are experienced movers) took time from their personal afternoon and evening to deliver this customers shipment (something they volunteered to do so the customer could still be accommodated despite the delayed start time and extra packing the customer changed that caused the delay)Upon arriving in Chico the delivery crew realized they had not brought the correct set of keys for the lock on the back of the truck and so had to take time to find a method to remove the lock (customer was not charged for this time)Items were then delivered. Customer was contacted the next day for payment after a final tally was complete and a charge of 2155.75 was given to the customer as a final total. Customer paid that total at that time.Customer contacted office later (maybe a day or 2 later?) to complain about the move, stating that a cube of butter had been packed with some linens and had begun to melt into them. Also, a bag of skittles had spilled out into a box. They also complained that items were moved that should not have been moved. In trying to sort out what they were trying to say it was realized very quickly that the email attempting to explain what was going and what was staying was either incorrect or one of

In response to the rejection:We may disagree about what was said but there was a bed that did not get moved (that fact is not being disputed). As of today, if there is still a bed needing to be moved I will happily send a crew over to move it to Folsom or to donation. If the bed has already been moved I would like to give $100.00  to Mrs. [redacted], she can donate the money later if she would prefer. Regarding the attitude of my driver on move day, I have already apologized to her for his actions and the driver no longer works for me.Mrs. [redacted]'s rejection of our last bid for her 2nd move was her choice and she certainly was under no obligation to use our services.Respectfully,[redacted]
[redacted]Roseville Van & Storage Inc.

Attached are copies of the estimate that was provided prior to the move as well as the move paperwork that [redacted] husband signed for on the Dec 27th 2016 move. Most of her long email is answered by this paperwork and proves we have done nothing to mislead or overcharge her husband in any way. Regarding the jewelry, I have 2 movers and 1 move coordinator present that day that will swear to the fact that the customer ([redacted]) had asked for a number of items to be set aside as we were packing and discovered "valuable" items or other items he wished to move himself. The jewelry was set aside along with other items like coins, tea and other misc. items at the customers request. The 3rd party person was present for much much longer than 6 minutes and did more work than [redacted] is stating (again, she....Mrs. [redacted] ...was not present at either of these moves). The reason the boxes she is talking about do not match up with the total boxes packed is because the other boxes were filled with donated items and are not at her house. I am emailing a copy of our claim form to the customer to file for the lamp damage since she is stating she has not received the one that was mailed.I will copy you into that email so there is no confusion as to it being sent or not. I will forward the copies of the paperwork for the move on 6/11/15 for your records as well. Again, estimate and signed paperwork are all present even though she states that is not the case.Let me know if there is anything else you need from me to help get this settled.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted]esponse is filled with shameless lies. Please see attachment for details.thanks [redacted] 2/2/2016: In response to Mr. Nathan [redacted] regarding my complaint ID of: [redacted]Items 1 through 6 every one of them contain a major lie.In Item 1.  Mr. [redacted] claims that “the customer did not make up her mind if she wanted to move the bed until after the truck was completely full”. This defies logic, besides the inaccuracies of this statement can be verified by the following means: * Revdex.com to contact [redacted] who took my order and wrote it down on the front page of order date of 11/20/15 (pink copy given to me did not capture the bed item which was written in blue pen in on its first page, it seems to me that Mr. [redacted] practice is to document one thing on the white page and another thing on the pink copy to the customer.). He has not provided any explanation as to why the list on pink copy has nothing to do with the items in the pictures’ showing my move items.*Can be verified by contacting the workers: [redacted] and [redacted], [redacted] that I emphasized at the beginning of the move that it had to be moved..*can be verified by contacting [redacted] who called me the night before the move and me emphasizing to make sure they bring a big truck and gave her the reasons.*can be verified by Mr. [redacted] submitting the “small list” on the white of copy of the order of 11/20/15 (I submitted the pink copy) so that to see the bed was given as order to [redacted] who took it down and wrote it on the order sheet.*The claim we moved the smaller items so the big one could not fit does not make any sense. Who would ask to fill the Van with small items and leave the big one behind; the small items I could have moved myself. Mr. [redacted] in his email of 12/3/15 to me wrote:  The truck was too full to accommodate the bed” thus admitting he did not send a big enough of a truck for my items and not the current lie that I added the largest item at the very last minute of the move. This lie is too big to fit any common sense logic.Item 2. Mr. [redacted] says I gave him “a small list but the list grew double”; the “small list” included the bed and [redacted] did not want to hear all items by name as he told me it depends on time it took not the item check list. Ask [redacted] please if he said this or not. Again ask Mr. [redacted] to provide the Revdex.com with the “small list” to verify the bed was in it and explain why the list differs from copy given to me.Item 3 is a lie as [redacted] demanded me to sign half way through the move not at the end of the move. This could be verified by telephone contact of Revdex.com to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].  [redacted] said he was told to get the check half way through the move. Also the claim that the crew were not aware that she was going to follow them to the donation location is another lie, as I repeatedly told them this. Item 4 is a lie: I did not promise [redacted] a pressure washer, the Salvation Army staff told me that when their staff tried to take the pressure washer out of the Van, “[redacted] whispered under his lips so that I could not hear it” that “this one stays”.  Thus this Staff of Salvation Army can testify that [redacted]’s intension and behavior was to keep the item in the Van without me noticing it. Some of the donation items broke as he threw the item on the ground. The Salvation Army accepted it regardless if it got any damage as the result of the throw. Item 5. Is a lie that “this is the first time she mentions this to me” referring to [redacted] smelling of Alcohol and [redacted] looking more agitated after he left the house. I told Mr. [redacted] these when he called to apologize for his staff behavior, I also told him I wondered if their delay to get to the Salvation Army had to with them drinking/using drugs.  I also told him of [redacted]’s inappropriate joke about the bed. His claim that he called me at least 5-7 times is a lie, I recall only 3 phone calls and as evidenced by his email he was avoiding my calls. Ask him to provide evidence by his phone bill listings of my contact number.Item 6. The truck was not big enough otherwise the bed would have fit.  Mr. [redacted] asked if he wanted me to drop if off to Salvation Army but only if I agreed to high price he was offering me, for the second move. He did not offer it as a compensation to finish his first unfulfilled deal.In Summary Mr. [redacted] assumes no responsibility to this problem and his shameless lies could be verified if Revdex.com talks to his staff mentioned here or ask for the white copy of Oder date of 11/20/15.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My mother-in-law had a 600 square feet small one bedroom apartment. She had about 7 piece of furniture, about 4 boxes of clothing, about 2 boxes of dishes and cups, 5 or 6 wall pictures and 5 or 6 boxes of personal items. They charged her the first time of  $3,215 and the second time of $1986.72. That's way too much! They didn't provide my mother-in-law and my husband an itemized written estimate for them to fully understand what they were going to pay for, nor itemized bill statement for them to fully understand what they paid for. We found that somethings are untrue and are miscalculated on the documents my mother-in-law and my husband signed. We want the owner to recalculate and refund the overcharged $2,753 to us! Here are our answers to the owner's response:>>Customer was sent a claim form but we have not received that back into our office and are unable to resolve the broken lamps without receiving this form back. This has been communicated to the daughter in law.<<It not true! I don't even know how does a claim form look like! We have never received any claim form and he has never mentioned that he would take any responsibility for the broken lamps during our communications!>>In regards to the items the customer states are missing, we delivered a large portion of items to [redacted] at the direction of the customers son (the complainants husband), we have no record of what those items were as they were items the customer chose to send out<<My moth-in-law doesn't have a large portion of items to donate. My husband asked the movers to donate only some of her clothing but instead, all of her clothing and some other items were gone!>> and some items were packed into boxes by a 3rd party person on site the day of the move.<<That's not true! The3rd party person was my mother-in-law's care giver. She packed only about 10 piece of clothing for my mother-in-law to take with her. The total time the care giver there was about 5 or 6 minutes. She didn't do any other packing at all.>>The day after the move the customers son did call and we were able to retrieve some clothes/jackets from the donation company that were delivered. We went by to pick them up for the customer at no additional charge even though we, in good faith, had delivered those items to [redacted].<<The 2 boxes of clothing we got back were in their storage room and didn't make it to [redacted] because [redacted] was closed. That was one of the mover told us.>>It was almost a full week after the move that they began asking about other items missing/broken but the donation company had already processed the items and they were not able to be located<<We didn't find the missing/broken items until unpacking the boxes.>>All items taken to donation were at the request of the customers son. <<That's not true! My husband asked the movers to donate only some of his mother's clothing.  Nothing else!>>Other items were set aside by our crew as the customers son requested to move them himself. The jewelry the customer is talking about was placed in that "pile" to be moved by himself.<<It's not true! My husband has never requested to move anything by himself and he didn't take anything home himself! The owner keeps changing his story about the missing jewelry. The first time we questioned him about the missing jewelry over the phone, he said it was donated to [redacted]. He even gave me a phone number of the [redacted] store. I call the [redacted] store and a girl who answer the phone checked for me and told me that they didn't receive any jewelry donation that day. I told the owner about what the girl told me, then he started to changing his story  and said that the jewelry was in that "pile" to be moved by husband. There was never such "pile" to be moved by my husband. He didn't take anything home  himself! The jewelry was stolen by his mover!>>All paperwork was completed and signed by customers son and done in accordance with California PUC (copies of all paperwork has been sent to the customer for both moves at customers request).<<That's not true! There is no itemized charge details on the documents my mother-in-law and my husband signed because they didn't want my mother-in-law and my husband to fully understand what were the charges for. They gave my husband only a verbal estimate for the second move.  No written estimate. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer. She can not understand estimate, bills, contract etc. She doesn't know what she signed for. They made her to sign for what they want. Her signature has no legal effect!Moving companies are  required to provide customer a written estimate with itemized expense which including estimated moving hours, numbers of movers, furniture, boxes etc. and are not supposed to exceed the estimated amount. But Fuller Moving Service didn't follow the rules! For the move on 06/11/15, my mother-in-law signed 3 documents:Document #1:   "IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR MOVE" with a "NOT TO EXCEED" amount of $2,970.00 on it. My mother-in-law signed on 6/11/2015.That is not a legal  estimate because there is no estimated hours, movers, what furniture and how many boxes would be moved on it! Document #2:   "COMBINED AGREEMENT FOR MOVING SERVICES AND FREIGHT BILL" with "BALANCE DUE" of $3,215 on it.  My mother-in-law signed and paid on 6/11/2015.There is the bill:-Minimum Charge: 4 hour -$115 per 2 men per hour-Additional helpers if requested minimum Change: at $40 per man per hour-ESTIMATED COST OF SERVICES (if any) $3,060.00-TOTAL CHARGES ON CHANGE ORDER: $155.00-BALANCE DUE $3,215It's not legal bill because It doesn't show how many hours it took, how many movers were involved, what furniture and boxes were moved.Document #3:  "CHANGE ORDER FOR SERVICES" with a charge of $150 and an explanation of  " Additional labor and deliver". With my mother-in-law 's signature and a date of 6/12/2015. I think she made a mistake about the date because the move was on 6/11/2015 and she already signed and paid $3,215 on 6/11/2015.That's all 3 documents my mother-in-law signed. Nothing else.Because there are no detailed charge list on the documents signed, we requested the owner to send us the detailed charges but he has never send us one yet. He sent us a "SENIOR MOVING SERVICES Service Request Check List". On the list, the estimate date was  6/08/2015 and the estimate amount was $3,215. The estimate amount was exactly what my mother-in-law paid at the end of the move on 6/11/2015. How could the estimator know on 6/08/2015 that it would be $150 additional charge to make it final price of  $3,215? Obviously the owner just made up this list recently he didn't even remember what happened. He is not honest. We want the truth but he keeps making up stories! Here is the Check List the owner typed up:Date: 6-8-2015--Pack - 3 people- 5 hours - Estimate $750.00--Move/unpack- 5 men- 8 hours- Estimate $1,840.00--Coordination-with movers- 6 hours-Estimate $240.00--Supplies- Estimate $285--Fuel- 2 days Estimate $100--Total Estimate $3,215That's in sin! My mother-in-law had a 600 square feet small one bedroom apartment. She had about 7 piece of furniture, about 4 boxes of clothing, about 2 boxes of dishes and cups, 5 or 6 wall pictures and 4 or 5 boxes of personal items. The owner says 5 movers and 19 hours? That's way over estimated! And this is why they didn't give my  mother-in-law a written estimate with those estimated charges on it because we would not hire them if we had seen it! My mother-in-law has Alzheimer and they made her to sign this ridiculous price! Here is the truth about the first move. On 6/11/2015, 3 movers showed up at 9 am and left around 5 pm the same day. It was total of 8 hoursOur calculation:--Packing, loading, driving and unloading 3 movers for 8 hours--Hourly rates: $115 (2 men per hour) + $ 40 (additional helper) = $155 per hour per 3 men--Packing materials are supposed to included in the hourly rates--Fuel $25 (Local move about 10 miles apart )--Balance Due: (8 x $155 ) + $25 = $1,265--My mother-in-law paid: $3,215--Refund: $3,215 - $1265 = $1,950We want a refund of $1,950  for the first move!I moved my whole family from San Francisco to Roseville in 2011. My husband, two kids and me and we had a lot of stuff. I only paid $998 for the move! The company I hired gave me a written estimate with estimated hours, movers, number of furniture and boxes all on the same piece of paper with my signatures  and an estimated charge of $998 on it. That was a real legal estimate! Two movers one truck and it took them a whole day to move. They kept their promise and only charged me $998! That's a very honest company! For the move on 12/27/2016, my husband has never got a written estimate. He only got a verbal estimate of $600. My husband only signed 2 documents for this move:Document #1: "CHANGE ORDER FOR SERVICES" with a charge of $1,294.22 and an explanation of  "all packing time and materials, coordinator". No hours, mover numbers, how many boxes were packed on it.Document #2: " COMBINED AGREEMENT FOR MOVING SERVICES AND FREIGHT BILL"The bill doesn't show how many piece of furniture, how many boxes were moved. It only shows:-Minimum Charge: 4 hour -$120 per 2 men per hour-Additional helpers if requested minimum Change: at $45 per man per hour-Loading: 3.5 hours- Double Driving: 5.25 hours + 4.5 hours = 9.75 hours-unload: 2.25 hours-Driver: [redacted]-Helper: [redacted]-Fuel Charge $25-Dump Fee: $35-ESTIMATED COST OF SERVICES (if any): $692.50-TOTAL CHARGES ON CHANGE ORDER: $1,294.22-BALANCE DUE: $1,986.72The "Double Driving " 9.75 hours? It's not true! It was from Granite Bay to Folsom about 7 mile apart. And Fuller Moving Services is located in Sacrament. It's not far. How could it take 9.75 hours to drive? The truth for the move on 12/27/2016 is:  3 movers showed up at 9 am and one left around noon. And the 2 movers left a little before 3 pm.So our calculation is:-Rates for 3 movers: $120( 2 men per hour) + $45(additional helper per hour) = $165-Rated for 2 movers: $120 per hour-3 movers for 3.5 hours: $165 x 3.5 = $495-2 movers for 2.25 hours: $120 x 2.25 = $270-Driving: 0.25 hour +0.25 hour+0.25 hour = 0.75 hour and 2 movers: $120 x 0.75 = $90-Fuel -Fuel Charge $25-Dump Fee: $35-BALANCE DUE: $915-My Husband paid: $1.986.72-Refund Received $268.75-The Remaining Refund: $1,986.72-$915-$268.75 = $802.97Total refund: $802.97 (12/27/2016 move) + $1,950 (6/11/2015 move) = $2,752.97We want the total refund of $2,752.97!>>They actually were using us again because of the great experience they had the 1st time a year earlier!<<What a joke!!  The manager of [redacted] referred Fuller Moving Service to my husband. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer. My husband has metal illness and he is on a lot medications. They didn't remember who my-mother-in law used a year earlier until the moving day! We all think that our experience with Fuller Moving Services  was a nightmare. Besides they over charged my mother-in-law and my husband a lot of money, my mother-in-law lost all her jewelries and some of her personal items because of those movers! We wish we had never met those people in our life!>>Customers daughter in law was only dissatisfied with price days after the move was completed.<<I didn't know how much they made my mother-in-law and my husband pay until the day after the second move. We could not fund my-mother-in-law's jewelries and other personal items so I started to question my husband about the move. That's how I found out that my mother-in-law and my husband got ripped of by this company!>>We even sent some of the same crew that was on their 1st move, so it was the same crew and the hourly rates were almost identical (we had a slight increase year over year). <<Their hourly rate is $60 per mover per hour while the average rate is $25 per mover per hour for moving companies!Normally packing materials are included in packing hourly rate. But Fuller Moving Services charged us a high hourly rate for packing,  plus a big amount of money for packing materials. After the second move, we asked the owner to send us a detailed charge list . He sent us a printed piece paper with signatures on it. Here is the list:- Dish Packs 4 unites-$17 each- total charge: $68-1.5 cubicle box - 20 unites - $6 each - total charge: $120-3.0 cubicle box - 20 unites - $6.75 each - total charge: $135-4.5 cubicle box - 3 unites - $8.5 each - total charge: $25.5-Wardrobes - 7 unites - $18.5 each - total charge: $129.5-M/P - 4 unites - $14 each - total charge: $56-Total: 58 unites-Total Charge: $534 + $47.72 (tax) = $576.72He is not telling the truth!-There is no any Dish Packs has been used!-For the 1.5 cubicle box, there are only 3 boxes have been used!-For the 3.0 cubicle box, there are only 6 boxes have been used! -For the 4.5 cubicle box, there are 5 boxes have been used!-There is no any wardrobe has been used.-There are 3 wall picture boxes have been used. They charged $285 packing materials for the first move but charged $576.72 for the second move while my mother-in-law has about the same stuff for both moves.>>On both moves a quote was provided prior to move, days/weeks before the move began<<They are not real quotes. For the first move, the quote was only a number of $2,970 no charge details! For the second move, my husband only got a verbal quote of $600. No written quote. We asked owner to send us a written estimate after the move. The owner made up one and sent to us. There are lot of mistakes on it. For example, we want to keep the entertainment center from the beginning but the estimate says it goes to donation. My mother-in-law wants her bed to her new place but the estimate says it goes to dumpster. The owner is not truthful. He keeps making up stories! >>when the service level changed the customer signed a change order before those services were provided.<<.The estimate doesn't have estimated hours, movers, furniture, boxes to be moved on it, how can you tell what items are added to the estimate? The change order papers don't have itemized details either! >>All rates are set well below the Max Rate Tariff for California PUC which regulates moving companies.<<Their rate is more than 2 times higher than the average!>>Again, we operate in full compliance with this authority.<<They rip off elderly!>>I will email all move paperwork to Revdex.com for further support.<<Please do but  just sent the true ones with signatures on them! Some of the papers you sent to us are made up by you recently. My mother-in-law and my husband has never seen them before and no signatures on them! We have documents too. Again, we want $1,950 refund for the first move and$802.97 refund for the second move total of  $2,752.97 refund!

In response to the above complaint:1. The customer did not make her mind up if she wanted to move the bed until after the truck was completely filled with her other items and there was no room left. We did move more than anticipated but did not charge any more than quoted. Originally we had a list...

of items that would fill the truck about 1/2 full but instead filled the truck.  When I spoke with customer days after the initial move I offered to take the bed to the donation site for no additional charge the next time we moved her (which was going to be just a short time later).2. The customer gave us a small list of items over the phone of what was expected to be moved. The list grew by double on move day but she was not charged any more than quoted as they finished in the same amount of time. This is a mute point and nothing deceptive was done as she was simply not charged more than quoted.3. Move paperwork is to be signed at the beginning of the move. The crew asked for payment when finished loading as they were not aware she was going to follow them to the donation location. Simply a misunderstanding, there was never any "harassment" nor have I heard her from her regarding this until now.4. [redacted] asked for an item that was being donated. Customer had earlier said he could have it (a sprayer? I believe). Upon arrival at donation she asked that all items be given to the donation site. [redacted] acted unprofessional and was frustrated that she changed her mind and slid the item towards the end of the truck. It did drop off the back and hit the ground. The item did not break and the donation item accepted the item as donation. [redacted] came to me the next day and admitted what he had done and apologized to me as the owner. This was an unacceptable act by my employee which is why I called her the next day after the move to apologize.  [redacted] is not working for my company at this time.5. All employees and drivers are subject to a pre employment drug and alcohol screening and all submit to a random drug/ alcohol program through DOT. We are in compliance and I have never had a reason to believe the employee mentioned has ever been drinking while on the job. Again, this is the first time she has mentioned anything like this to me. I talked with her at least 5-7 times after the initial move trying to resolve this along with many emails and she has never mentioned this before now.6. The truck was big enough for everything that was initially mentioned and we even took 2 times that amount. The bed frame was not able to fit but we even offered to take it at a later date which was an option she chose not to use.7. These calls were made because she wanted to move 2 times the amount of items that were on the list she gave us. Again, nothing unethical was done as we moved even more items and still stayed within the quote given!8. I called customer to apologize for my employee and attempted to make right the situation by offering her an even better price for her next move she was planning to make. We quoted the next move and reduced her total pricing by $300. In addition I told her we would drop the bed frame that would not fit in the 1st move, off to donation for no additional charge. She said we were over charging her and demanded more. I told her that this was more than fair and this was our offer. She told me if she did not get what she wanted then she was going to take things further. (which is what she has done)I feel our offer was fair and reasonable based on the occurrence. My offer was approx. 30% less than her move would normally have been. Again, I am sorry for the issue with the employee that reacted in an unprofessional manner and I understand the wrong. That is why I owed her the apology and felt like giving her a good discount on her next move was very fair based on all that occurred. Thank you,[redacted]
