On 5-20-16 [redacted] was suppose to come out & do work on my central unit. They made an excuse NOT to come out. They have Rigged up my unit! [redacted] was suppose to be here to replace wires from out side to inside my home, along with a new thermostat & A Coil. They canceled out on this Appt. I've had them here numerous times to find out why my central unit is NOT working right. They have cut the inside wires where I can only get air at this time. It has been cold out and I would like to be able to have heat in my home which I can not do at this time do to there mess up.Desired SettlementI would like them to DO there JOB and Fix there mess up or for them to pay the company I want to fix the unit! Business Response Our 1st visit was July 30th 2015, where we found a discharge sensor had failed. Did not go back till 1/04/2016 on a complaint of electric bill being to high. The customer had not paid all of there old bill at that time and still had an outstanding debt. We have since zeroed the balance and will no longer service this equipment due to threats to our service tech by customer.
