Please update your page and information about the fact that Kimberly M*** is not a FNP here and has decided not to be apart of this clinicI am and or was a patient of hers when she was with *** and decided with Kim to follow her when she chose to join your clinicI had a very important follow up appointment scheduled with her for Monday August 2, at 4pm at your facility, which I was not only sent a text message but also a voicemail to confirm this appointmentThe text was sent on Friday July 29, at 3:59pm which I have saved and then on Sunday August 1st I received a voicemail at 3:33pm from 1-866-241-also confirming this appointment which I also have savedBoth I am sure are automatic and set up in advanceHowever, I drove an hour an a half an arrived mins before my scheduled appointment only to be informed that Kimberly M*** had decided NOT to join your practice and instead take a position elsewhereNo notification/letter/phone call/email was ever sent informing patients of the decision for Kim not to join Fuller Roberts(At Least I was Not) No remedies were offered other then to see the resident OB/GYN when I was there for Primary Care I had no need to see the OB/GYNInstead of helping to find resolution to this issue it was stated that all of the responsibility belonged to Kimberly M*** to notify her patients of this choice to not join your practiceIt was also recommended to go back to Kimberly M***'s previous employer "***" to figure out a course of action with all responsibility being placed on myself to figure out and blame placed on Kim M***I feel that it was highly unprofessional of Fuller Roberts to place all responsiblity on Kim M*** who I have been a patient of for over a year and think is an incredible Family Nurse Practitioner and take no responsibility for your own lack of properly updating your system and informing patients of the fact that Kimberly M*** never came to your practice as it was stated to meI had no time what so ever to establish new primary careI feel that Kim did her job as my Physician in notifying not only myself but all of her patients of her plans to leave *** to go to Fuller Roberts months in advance of her departure from ***Once Kim made the decision not to attend Fuller Roberts she would not have had access to the records of those patients anymore as they are a part of the facilityFuller Roberts then failed to properly notify at least me of what was happening and instead allowed me to believe that everything was still set up for my appointment on the 2nd of AugustHowever, I am now left without a Drwho knows my history of everything I have gone through in the last year, which has been a very difficult journey and has caused me to be placed on several medications that require monitoringThankfully *** is doing everything they can to help in this situation by setting me up with a new Nurse Practitioner who has joined their practice and for that I am truly gratefulBut this should have never had to happen as I should have been provided ample notice in order to make alternate arrangements for my healthcareI feel completely let down by the actions and lack of support as well as professionalism shown by the Fuller Roberts clinic secretarial/nursing staff and sadly would not recommend this facility to anyone currently based on the experience I have hadThis could have all been avoided if due diligence had been performed by the staff at Fuller RobertsI felt this rating needed to be posted because besides myself, there could be other individuals who are facing a similar experience and who had an appointment set up with Kim only to be surprised when they arrive with the information that Kim decided not to join the Fuller Roberts ClinicWhile I know the medical conditions I have are serious, there are others who also have serious medical conditions they are facing and I feel that if possible they deserve to at least be notified that Kim is not with this practice before they show up for their appointmentAdditionally sending out notifications of upcoming appointments that are not even possible should be addressed and whatever measures necessary taken to ensure this does not continue to happenI do hope that your practice will chose to be much more professional in the future and take responsibility for their negligenceI also hope that you will train your staff that it is unprofessional to deflect all responsibility onto individual practitioners or other practices and instead should be able to recognize their own practice's flaws and faults and assume the responsibility for those as a whole
