Went to fullers to get and inside and out wash when they told me my car was ready the inside was still dirty didn't look vacuumed af all and and the windows were still dirty when I checked the outside of my vehicle there were scratches everywhere you can clearly see that they are in circular and side to side motions which means it was done while they dried it when I went back to show them they claimed it was already like that and denied doing it I've only air dried my car when I have it washed so theres no way it was from me that was the first time I ever had someone else dry my carThe manager wasnt there that day so I went back the next morning and he was no help at all said the same thing those scratches weren't from them and refused to help me!

I went to Fullers for an interior detail on October 17th, After getting serviced there on the 19th I discovered that my windows, the trunk release, power locks, windshield wipers, rear defrost and headlights were no longer working properlyI called Lloyd the manager and explained to him what happened, he sent me to the *** dealership to see what was wrong and to get an estimate for repairsAfter sitting there for four hours, I received an estimate for $for damages to my vehicle caused by water damageI took the estimate to Lloyd and he did write me the check for the amount I had to pay for the labor of *** evaluating the damageHad the checkbook ready and was ready to write the check for repairs until he saw the dollar amountHe then gave me a runaround to a countryside location where the guys looked at my car for minutes before telling me that they were not taking responsibility for the damages done to my carThey said that the issues were underlying and
