First review I have ever taken the time to write (on anything!) One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had We had a Two Month fix time on our new washer/dryer, beginning with a problem assessment visit happening just short of two weeks after calling in! Then between the back ordered and broken parts, there was little to no effort made on Fullers end to get things here any quicker When the repair was finally "completed" the washing machine was left with oil grease inside! The floor was filthy with scraps until I asked him to sweep it up as he was walking out the door! And the door he attempted to remove to get at the machine (which was not put back after the job completed), was half off its hinges Worse experience than spending an hour on the phone with Verizon or Comcast

To Whom it May Concern,In regards to the complaint issued by Mr*** on March 6, 2017, we do apologize for his confusion on Fuller's Appliance Repair's business policiesour dispatchers are very thorough with advising our customer that there is a regular service call charge to the customer
if our diagnosis shows that the problem found is not a Manufacture's defectMrs*** was advised of this when the appointment was scheduledShe signed our invoice number ***, before we looked at the unit, which refers to the non-warranty issues requiring a service call charge. As it is, the problem found was with their dryer venting and not the unit itself, therefore we did charge the service call charge of $***Had the first of the tow appliances we looked at been a non-warranty job, i.ecustomer paying job, the second appliance would have been at a cut rateHowever, since warranty jobs barely pay for themselves as far as the money we make per job, we do have to charge a service call for any extra non-warranty diagnosis at the same location. When Mr*** called on February 8, and asked for a refund we did advise him we would check with *** as to whether they would make an exception and cover this non-warranty issueOnce the claim is submitted it can take a few weeks before we know the outcomeThe claim was paid bye the Manufacture on March 3, and Mr*** was refunded the $*** service call fee to his paying credit card on March 7, 2017.There was never a desire on our part to take advantage of or mislead the ***Fuller's Appliance Repair is sorry for any confusion on this issue. After having a bad experience with another appliance repair outfit in the *** ** area, I called Fuller's Appliance Repair They were very courteous on the phone and responded promptly with a visit to diagnose the problem despite the fact that I wasn't in their immediate area There was a few weeks delay on getting back ordered parts from the manufacturer, but that wasn't their doing Henry, the technician who responded to do the repair was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, took great care not to mar our counters and did a good job inspecting and cleaning up his work I am pleased and won't hesitate to call them in the future should the need arise

I spoke with [redacted]; he said that the work fee was repaid to the customer, minus the service call. He also said that it was their policy if the work doesn’t fix the problem they will refund the cost,...

I was directed Fuller Appliance through my General Electric warranty service representative. Twice the company rescheduled with me. The second time after taking additional time off work the business called during the schedule time to confirm the address. They then stated they had the wrong address and wanted to reschedule because of the repairman route schedule. The company then refused to allow me to speak with the office manager

Review: I called Fullers since they are the only area repair company for [redacted], Our microwave was not working told them what was wrong. the woman on the phone indicated we needed a new microswitch. we set a date for the repairman. The repairman showed with no part and told me the same thing. that cost me $65.00. I told him to order the part . it was $43.84 after I paid the $65. 2 weeks later another repairman came to fix it. Turns out he spent 2 hours and could not get it to work. It was the wrong part. he urged that I let him take it back to the shop, I did, 2 weeks later after a few calls they had "fixed" it. Yesterday the repairman came and reinstalled it. my new bill was $130.00 Tonight I tried to use the microwave It doesn't work. I have left a message with their company but they are closed on weekends. Maybe they will come on Monday. I doubt it and I expect them to charge me againDesired Settlement: just want my microwave to work. it is what I paid for
