I had gone to Fullhouse BBQ to purchase some bbq for my family as I have done a few times before I ordered brisket and asked for the price of ribsWhen I asked for the total of the brisket (before I determined if I wanted ribs as well) I was told of my total thus far and so I decided not to purchase the ribs with the handful of brisket and the price being over $ I had been embarrassed to ask *** why the total was so high as customers were behind me so I went home and reached out to *** via social media (facebook) *** mentioned he had added the ribs in thinking I was going to purchase them in error and he felt bad and said that he would refund the money and give me extra meat next time I went to FullHouse BBQ the following Saturday although, they were closed (sold out) I went the following Saturday and had informed *** of our communication and that I had a credit owed to meHe remembered but was under the impression that he credited me the money but mentioned t

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mePlease be aware that the credit was issued by my bank (Compass Bank) at MY request, the day after that I had made contact with you all after explaining the situation to the bank. The bank did mention that it can be disputed back to where I see that it was not by the owner of the business. I felt I actually helped him since he continued to inform me that he had credited my account (NOT TRUE) when the bank verified it had not hence, a credit was issued to me for the items not receivedIn regards to *** comments in the response shared, I am very disappointed as there is no truth in fact I had ceased communication and reached out to your organization after the last message that I had shared with you all requesting assistance from Revdex.comIn fact, I was informed of slander on a social media site on this issue to which I have no desire to take further action. I found the business in poor response to customer satisfaction and untruthfulness. I have no desire to return to this establishmentI appreciate you all for you efforts and time in this matter

The refund was issuedI can't load all of the conversations, but as you can see I even tried working with her on days I am closedStill tried to make concessions throughout this ordeal, it got so bad that I had to ban her from the pageI have already issued the refund and I am not sure why she is
continuing this complaintThere is absolutely nothing more I can do for her
