We have been unable to contact anyone thru either of the email addresses provided nor the several phone numbersI think they owe it to their long-term customers to let us know they are no longer in businessI am wondering what other customer users are doing to transition away from this software with no notice whatsoever that it is apparently defunct>

His compay seems to be out of business. I have been a customer of this software for 18 years and now this year I can't get service and the phone number belongs to someone else

I had been relative happy with this company for years until this past year. We upgraded our software then a year later purchased the maintenance contract. After that I was not able to reach the owner of the company by phone and he never returned my emails. The continue to send out renewal notices on the maintenance contracts and the server seems to be functioning but the phone message is no longer that of the company owner and they never return phone messages or emails. I can't see why I would want to pay for a maintenance contract like that.
