Following FBC's replacement of our roof in an insurance claim, FBC promised us a $referral bonus for every friend to whom we referred their services; we referred their services to two friends that resulted in large jobs for them in Hawaii Kai and Saint Louis Heights, but they never paid us the $in combined referral bonuses that they repeatedly and explicitly promised
