I contacted Mr. last Friday about purchasing the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse I saw advertised on ***. Mr. assured me that the car wasn't inspected but that it would be very easy to do so and that there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle. After test driving, signing and paying him $2000 I was told that I would likely get my vehicle on Saturday no later then Monday. When Monday came Mr. called to tell me that the inspection was completed but that I still wouldn't be able to get my vehicle due to some other issues. While I do have a remaining balance to pay Mr. of $516 I don't thing I should since I had to find other forms of transportation after paying for a vehicle of my own.
Billing Adjustment It cost me anywhere between $29-34 in *** and *** to and from daily to take me kids to daycare and for me to get to work. I feel that after subtracting my transportation cost I should only own Mr. $300.47 remaining balance.

Since my initial complaint was filed, Mr. and I have worked out the car situation with him loaning me a vehicle until mine is completed. Also he has agreed to the remaining balance owed after my transportation expenses. With this being said I do not wish for further assistance with this case.
