I purchase an item online from the company and I still have not received it it's been over 3 weeks since I should have received the package. Plus I paid for it.

I purchased an item on February 8th, 2020 and have still not received it, not sure what the problem is but I have paid my money and would like the product or the money returned.

I placed an order for 2 shirts on 1-19-20. I have not received. The Company has told me on two occasions that they have shipped, but cannot give me tracking and they should have been here by now. Maybe it has something to do with the Corona outbreak, but they have not been honest with their responses. I told them I was giving them 2 days to provide me with specific shipment information and location of shipping or I would be calling my credit card company to dispute charges.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.
My recent experience included:
1. No customer contact except via email
2. They did not respond within 24 hours as the website states.
3. They do not honor their promised time of delivery.
4. I was told my item had been shipped although the tracking indicated otherwise.
5. The item arrived very late and not true to size
6. The item arrived with a horrible smell to the material
7. For a 29.99 t-shirt, the material is very cheap, not like the picture on the website.
8.They responded to my email eventually that they don’t do returns on sale items although all the products on the website are all sale items.
9. They refused to send a return address after several requests by emai
10. This is a Christian based company that I assumed I could trust but could not.

This company appears to be a scam. Ordered product a month ago, never received, and I cannot reach anyone via email or phone. Their facebook page shows similar comments over the last week; and previous comments up to 95 have been blocked. (Consequently, in my online search I found Blessed Faith - similar clothing products, website, and Revdex.com reviews). Beware!

Bummer. Should have checked reviews before ordering. Takes forever to receive not only order but any contact on shipping. Sizes are made for children or possibly Asian stature. Not for caucasian. From China? Buyer beware. Will not knowingly but anything from China.

I purchased an item with this company over a month ago. They will not respond to emails and I can't find a number to call them. They have taken the money from my account but I haven't received my item! Can I get my money back? They apparently aren't going to send the item!

I ordered a shirt on Jan. 24, 2020. I checked on the order status via email on Feb. 8 and was told it should arrive no later than Feb. 13. I emailed them again on Feb. 15 - they replied with an apology and said the item would be shipped ASAP. I emailed again on Feb. 23 and 26 saying I was planning to do negative reviews and file a complaint with the Revdex.com...to date I have not heard back from them.

I placed an order bank on January 14th and have not received it. It’s way over the time it’s supposed to be here and they are not returning my emails

On January 28, 2020, I Purchased a shirt directly from the business website in the amount of $19.99. On January 28 I received an email confirmation immediately following the order. The order was number *** and stated it was confirmed. Furthermore it said that I could expect to receive my order in 14 to 20 business days if not before. The payment of $19.99 was paid in full via *** on that date.

On February 10, 2020 I had not received the item yet. I sent them an email and asked if the item has been shipped. On February 13, 2020 I received an email from them indicating that my item has been shipped and should arrive within 20 days of the purchase date - by February 17, 2020.

The item had not arrived by February 20 so I sent an email asking if the item has been shipped or if they had any update. I had not heard a reply in the next following three days so another email request was submitted on February 23 asking for an update. I have not received any correspondence since in my item has yet to arrive.

Product was not as advertised or as expected, took over a month to receive shipped from China. The company will not issue me a refund. Will never order from them again. Beware!

I purchased clothing items from this company through *** advertising. Purchased in December 2019, but still no items received. Have communicated by email and are told they have been shipped a couple of times. Still no items have been received. Company is no longer responding to emails. Mentioned that I will be reporting to Revdex.com so others will not be scammed as I have been. Still no response. Asked again, still no reponse.

On January 13th, 2020 I placed an order with blessedfully.org. After 2 weeks of not receiving my items I emailed the company to validate my order considering I still had not received my item nor a confirmation email of shipping. I was contacted back via email saying it could take up to 20 days to get my order. During this time I continued to do my research and seen others have had this same issue. I contacted them requesting a tracking number or receipt showing they had actually shipped it or I was wanting a refund. They advised me that they could not do a refund on something that shipped and that there was no tracking updates for my package. I told them I found this hard to believe. I have emailed them numerous times asking for updates and they have been less then cooperative or helpful. I looked on my bank statement and researched and found that the transaction took placed at the following address and under the name;

Upon further investigation this same LLC has been used numerous times and so has this address in a lot of complaints! Can someone please stop these people from victimizing innocent people!
