Review: This place of business doesn't know how to handle their business. I had to order my own part because they apparently were not able to get the part. And too boot they couldn't even call me to tell me that for over a week. I had to go in to them before they told me they couldn't get it. I went next door to [redacted] and ordered the part. The part was brought in the next day and then they tell me it will be another week before I get my car done. Then the guy has the nerve to hang up on me and tell me to come get my car which doesn't run by the way, just because I felt the apt time should be moved ahead because I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I will never recommend this business to anyone everDesired Settlement: I would like this company to pay for the difference in price in completing the job from what they had quoted me $350 in labor to the new shop of $483 in labor plus the towing cost of $55 in which the vehicle had to be towed from the new service center
