Growing up as a child I have always dreamed about doing something special in literature. Fulton Books has made my dream come true and gave me the greatest gift anyone could imagine, publishing my first novel. The staff at Fulton Books worked with me from day one until my book was published, I want to say thank you. I would highly recommend Fulton Book to each and everyone who is novice writer to professional because they actually stand behind their service.

Being a first time writer, I was hesitant about selecting a publisher, but I must say, Fulton Books has delivered on every aspect of the publishing adventure. I couldn't be more pleased. A special thanks to Andrew, who has been so faithful in communicating, answering every question and guiding me through the process.

I am so grateful to Fulton books for believing in me . My book is being well received and I has had many compliments on it. My only wish is that I run out of books and have to order more.

I want to share my unsolicited review with authors searching for a publisher. Based on recent experience, I firmly contend, authors need look no farther than Fulton Books. The contract is unusually author centered, there is no fine print, they provide every service that appears on their brochures; most importantly, they will deliver you a product of the highest quality that you can be proud of and your readers will admire.

Working with Kristi has been a pleasure. I was a practicing attorney for over 40 years, until I retired and found a new "profession." She has made the experience, from beginning to end, enjoyable, and simple, explaining in detail what needed to be done and why. She was extremely easy to communicate with, and if I had an issue or problem and contacted her about it, she was quick to respond. All in all, I don't intend on having anyone other than Fulton publish any of the number of novels I intend on publishing in the coming years.

Fulton Books certainly surpassed expectations. Even for a picky person like myself, they made sure I can approve each step of the publishing process. Totally professional, top-notch quality and excellent customer service.

Review: I have been paying them $300 or more a month and would not want to publish at this time I have had so many problems I contacted them for a refund they told me ( I still have the email that they have done so much when all they did was send me two edited versions of my manuscript I have not heard from my publishing assistant since11/30/15 he has not contacted me and last week he said he was going to send me another edit which I still have yet to receive I wrote them and told them I wanted to discontinue and they are saying they have done what they have not I am very dissatisfiedDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund and my manuscript returned

Mr[redacted] retained us to edit, design, create a cover, publicize and distribute his book amongst other things, on 9/3/15. He entered into a written agreement with us to pay us the sum of $2392 for these services in monthly installments over a period of eight months. The project was initially delayed because Mr. [redacted] said that thinking about his book “was opening up too many old wounds” and then again when Mr. [redacted] lost use of his computer in late September. Nonetheless, we have pressed ahead and completed 2 rounds of edits and revisions for his book. While we are completely willing to release Mr. [redacted] from the remainder of his contractual obligation with us and the remaining required payments, we cannot issue him a full refund as he requests, in that we have expended an enormous amount of time editing and revising his book thus far (well in excess of the $1396 he has paid us to date). We are more than happy to compromise and issue him a $600 refund as well as return his fully edited manuscript to him and release him from all future payments that he is obligate to make to us. We further will agree to resume Mr. [redacted]’s project at any time should he wish to so, and credit him the full amount he has paid to us at that time. We trust that Mr. [redacted] will find this offer more than fair- he will receive a large refund, have had his manuscript professionally edited by us twice, and the option to resume the publication of his book at any time should he so decide in the future.
