Complaint ***To Whom it May concern, We have been in contact with *** *** and informed them that they must contact the manufacturer for warrantyUnfortunately we are not able to take back open box sports wearable’s as our policy clearly statesThese units were Brand New and sealed and we have
sold several thousand units with no issues like thisWe have spoken to *** on several occasions and informed them to contact the manufacturer so they can resolve the issue they are having and deal with the manu warranty If there are any additional questions we would be more than happy to assist *** Thank You & Best RegardsF&E Alan Osher

I am rejecting this response because, the terms set forth by your company was to accept back defective returns for credit or exchange. We are a reseller and customers have returned the items as defective non working units. When we purchased the units from Brandon at your company he did state in writing that you do not accept back returns unless defective. Those were the terms agreed upon at point of purchase.
