Review: I visited the company to fill my eye prescription in JUNE 2013, I chose a frame, gave my prescription I had on hand, made a down payment, after one week they keep calling for the remaining balance to be paid, I had just came out of hospital after 4 months in there, eventually I paid of the balance the price of the glasses $619.00. When I got home I could not see out of lens along with a deep scratch on left lens, I promptly call the manager, and was told to return it, I do so immediately, then I was told to return in 2 weeks for the glasses, and was told the wrong prescription was made on lens, therefore they had to replace everything. I could not see properly out of the lens, so I took it to an optical co to check it out, and was told they used a generic cheap lens, in comparison to my old glasses. I told them I want a refund, even if they keep the downpayment and they refuse to do so, so I am appealing to you to mediate the problem for a refund in order to purchase another pair from some one else. Imagine this company works with medicare , emblem health, and most likely using low quality products. I am an elderly person. and my income is quite small. PP;ease note that my son has accompanied me on each visit.
