I do not direct, control or in any way limit the landscape company what to say in this matter. They are the ones who have to do the weekly work and they would notice any unusual standing water/drainage issue.The bathroom fan/vent was investigated by HVAC contractor, found to be operating properly, similar to the units shown then and now in model home(s). The HVAC contractor has done additional work in the owner's home directly for himIf I am being accused of hiring sub standard quality workers, and directing them, then why were they also hired directly for additional work by the home owner?The same can be said for the flooring where some of the original wood floor installers were hired directly by the home owner to do additional carpentry and flooring work in the home after the wood floor installationAnd the most recent floor contractor was selected by the home owner with the area of work agreed upon between usI don't even have their name or contact informationThe home owner negotiated the price and I agreed to pay that Invoice, but have yet to receive it.Thank you for your time on this matter,-jim r***

Unfortunately what Mr [redacted] states is untrue.
I am out of town the next few days and upon my return I will be able to...

furnish you with paid
invoices as well as direct contact information for work done at the [redacted]'s home over past 12-18 months since occupancy.
This information I will send to you will include:
A) Two wood floor experts. One did the original installation and went back to the home after occupancy to address concerns. The other is a former carpenter who was the on site superintendent of our company for this home when the wood floor was installed. There is also a Third company that Mr [redacted] chose who did work there recently. I do not know their name or I would send it to you. As I have stated to Mr [redacted] on more than one occasion, if he will forward the invoice we will also pay this one. We have no other outstanding invoices on the work at Mr. [redacted]'s.
B) Three painters who have worked on the [redacted]'s home since occupancy. Although one tragically died after he worked there, the invoice will show the work he also did after the [redacted]'s move in. The most recent is within months.
C) One HVAC contractor who has been back to the house since occupancy. He installed the ceiling fan unit in the bathroom. The ceiling fan/light unit is as displayed in model that the [redacted]'s saw when purchasing their home. It is the same as in the other 20+ dwellings in the subdivision we've constructed, and no others have the issues Mr. [redacted] states.
D) One vinyl siding repair invoice after original installation. 
E) Landscaper. Original landscape installer is also the current HOA landscaper, so he is at all the homes almost every week. All the homeowners know him and speak with him directly during their lawn and mulch bed installations. The landscaper installs all new lawns using a laser to determine the drainage. Since ground settles next to newly constructed homes, it is common for the landscaping to need more than one season to get established.
 
As stated above, I will send you all the direct contact information to verify the efforts to address the [redacted] issues. I will also send you paid invoices disproving the comment "refusing to fix several issues". I will send all to you by Wednesday 12-14-16. I know today is all of 5 days after Mr. [redacted] states that I have not communicated with him since communicating with him on 12-02-16, but it takes a few days to follow up with the trades that have worked on the house most recently before responding. I have spoken with landscaper, electrician, HVAC contractor and painter over past 4 days, but since you will be involved now, there is no point relaying their thoughts directly to the [redacted]'s...again.
