Fulton Sanitation & Recycling

I used this company for trash/recycling services for a few months last year. I notified them in writing and via phone message that I would be cancelling my service at the end of August 2019 - with last day of service 8/31/19. The gentleman that drives the trash truck and picks up trash (believe his name is ***) called me to ask why I was leaving their service and scheduled day to pick up my trash containers. He came and picked up the trash containers the next day. Since September 2019, I continue to get invoices from them for September forward. I've tried reaching out to them via phone - no one answers and the voicemail doesn't allow you to leave a message. I've emailed them at least 6 or 7 times explaining the situation and asking for confirmation that they have removed these charges from my account and receive no response from them, yet I continue to get an invoice every month showing a past due balance. Last month someone from Fulton Sanitation called me trying to collect on the this invoice, and I explained the whole situation to her and she apologized and assured me she would take care of it and get these charges removed immediately. Today I got another invoice from them with a further increasing outstanding balance. I have tried calling them multiple times, with no answer and no ability to leave a message and I emailed them. This is completely unacceptable business practices.
