Review: I hired [redacted] for engagement photos. As part of our agreement, [redacted] was supposed to rent a car b/c we were going to take photos outside in 2 different locations. He added the cost of renting the car into his fee but when my fiance and I arrived at his studio to take the photos, [redacted] did not have a car. He did not rent the car but he charged me for it. However, [redacted] agreed to throw in some extra retouched photos to compensate for his overcharging me. At the end of the shoot, [redacted] said that he would get the proofs to me within 3 days. I didn't hear from [redacted] and every time I called him he gave me excuses for why he didn't have the photos. 3 weeks later, [redacted] had more excuses. Finally, I was talking to [redacted]'s assistant & she told me that [redacted]'s computer crashed & he lost all of my photos. [redacted] never told me this himself. He didn't mention it until after his assistant asked me if I wanted to set up another shoot. I reluctantly agreed. I was planning on using an engagement photo on my save the dates and in other areas for the wedding. The second shoot was not as elaborate as the first (which is what I paid for). When I finally received the final "retouched photos" after months of waiting, the photos were not retouched as agreed. The photos were not even high resolution, which caused them to appear blurry when printed. [redacted] basically stole my money and gave me inferior quality service.Desired Settlement: I tried to work things out with [redacted]. I was extremely patient. However, [redacted] overcharged me and lied to me and them when he finally delivered the product, it was not worth the wait. The photos that he delivered were not high resolution and were not retouched. He charged me $700 for something that any random person with a camera could have done. I feel violated and I want my money back.

Review: I took pictures for ken jones photograhy.And he only gave me back 5 pictures.I gave him a USB drive for the rest of the pictures that he took of me and he did not give them back.I called him and all he did is give me the run around but I paid $440.00 for my pictures.And I did not get them back.I went to him twice and I called him and I still did not get my pictures yet.Desired Settlement: All I want is my pictures that I paid for.And my USB drive.
