Be advised from the moment this customer walked on the lot until the point his vehicle was picked up from our lot location his vehicle was on camera. This customer made many false claims (caught on video and recorded phone lines) giving many different stories (first claimed he was in McDonald's the... whole time, then openly said he went to buckeye donuts, then claimed he was at the ATM) He made false claims which were not true. There is a 0 percent chance of a refund to this continuous liar.

I have carefully considered this matter, and I am requesting a refund of $in cash

Be advised as well as any other private lot on campus *** parking lot is NOT for customers to use as they wishThis customer parked in the parking lot at 2:02pm (we have him on camera, because all lot attendants are equipped with body camera systems and we have footage of him leaving the
property and footage of him returning) and he returned to the lot at 2:18pmHe had buckeye donuts in his hand when he returned to the lot to get inside of his vehicle which was already removed (have footage of the conversation with him when he returned with buckeye donuts in hand).There are signs when you pull into the lot at each entrance advising this lot is for PRIVATE PARKING ONLYthere are also many other signs in the lot in many different areas advising that THIS IS FOR MCDONALDS CUSTOMERS ONLY WHILE ON PREMISES!!!!We are sorry this customer wasn't able to understand the signage

Not sure what the complaint is here, but state of ohio requires us to release the vehicle to NO ONE but the registered owner. We required her daughter to show proof of ownership (WHICH WE REQUIRE EVERYONE) before we could legally release her vehicle. She showed the proof of ownership and we released...

her vehicle. As far as the part of Cursed words, not sure what this is all about but that was not mentioned or said. Not sure what else needs to be addressed here, we are simply requiring the steps that the state of ohio requires us.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: The sign that I parked in front of states "No bank parking". I fail to see how this applies to the whole parking lot. If I park in a spot next to a handicap sign am I still subject to the verbiage on that sign even though I am not in that spot? If all signs in the lot simply stated the whole lot was for [redacted] parking only, there wouldn't be an issue here. The wording "No bank parking" in the spot I was in makes no mention of parking for other uses. So other parking spots had a sign about [redacted], how should one know that applies to all spots?
