It is $I paid for my ordering the tour on FUMEI and I have just got this $back from ** without any compensate for my extra transportation costs .** had not ask me to use credit though I have it ,We all dealed by cash Her office is on Brooklyn .I live in Flushing QUEEN .And thay day when I missed my trip I took a wrong bus to Manhattan,So have to take Taxi from Manhattan to Brooklyn to get money back and then take vehicles to Flushing .That cost me at least $50 only for getting this $215 back

The cause of why I was taken the wrong company's bus and to the wrong place is that ,the staff of FUMEI tour who named *** ** didn't tell me any details about my booking in her company on May *** and even didn't do any thing to help me avoid missing the travel after she heard I am the first time to have been America
She sent me a email on Jun *** 5:52pm after I called her again and again to ask the specific information about tour but it is too late to reaserch the concrete address for a stranger , it started next morning on 6:am .Why her email is really not particularly enough for me again? the "*** *** ***" is too abstract for a stranger and there is no obvious number plate there,secondly, FUMEI TOUR even didn't tell me the name of tour company's charter bus and I had just know her company is the agency of the E-WORLD TRAVEL & TOURS' until I took a wrong bus to a wrong place,but that was too late then.Unacceptly*** ** promised that I won't miss my travel because she made the arrangement that somebody will call me If I can't find the right place or when late to the assembling address on that morning,but there was no call
** complained I am troublesome and she want to refund my moneyIt is a grevious experience for a missing guys .I even can't remenber how I find the FUMEI TOUR company from that strange place.But why I have to take a long way to FUMEI TOUR by myself?*** ** didn't ask me to pay my regisration by debt or credit card,we all deals by cash,that I heard it may be helpful for evading tax after I coming back to China , I am not sure ** did that or not.so if I want my money back I have to go there.I was really desire to see Niagara Fall that is why I asked ** to make any other plan for me .Unfortunately, no suitable schedule available to me .that made me have to leave America with a big regret
What makes me so angry is '*** attitude .She shows her impacience and indifference on whole things happend to me and didn't do any apologise or introspection .and after I complained her company on Revdex.com,she even send email to warn or critize me.SO she must apologise to me and promise it will never happen again.

the wrong bus took him to the wrong place, customer waste over an hour then finally found the right company; however, the bus left about half hour ago already Then customer went to us to ask if there any similar tour that he can take to instead his original one We try our best to find a tour for him but nothing available for matching his schedule In fact, customer is in mainland of China now He has no time for reschedule for another tour. .In the end, we fully refund the money to our customer, and case closed

Review: My regiter "travelling to Niagara Falls and Boston with 3 days " is ordered on FUMEI TRAVEL on 05/**/2014 which price is $215 .It is starting from Flushing New York on [redacted] JUN but with the mistakes of the staff of FUMEI TRAVEL whose name is "[redacted]" I missed the journey .Without any compensation and even a apology she asked me to leave with rudeness and impatience attitude that made me very sad .Desired Settlement: Send email to apologize to me and compensate the $50 costs I paid for vehicle back from Brooklyn to Flushing.
