I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Kindly note that the reason we submitted a complaint through Revdex.com is not about how long it takes to process the photos and the refund but the lack of communication and not responding at all to our emails, texts and phone calls.We have received the photos and the receipt of the refund dated on Nov 14th however it's still not on our account yet probably due to processing time which we are willing to wait

I have reached out to this client stating that their finished product would be ready around October 17thI was traveling a lot for work at the time in OctoberMost of my wedding edits were pushed behindIn my contract it states that during peak wedding season image post processing can take up to
a month or more. here's how it's listed in the signed agreed upon contract that I can provide. (TurnaroundPhotographer maintains a to week turnaround time of all the final edited images of your wedding, engagement sessions or any other services purchased or included along side the original wedding packageDuring peak wedding season turnaround times are not guaranteed.) Every wedding is processed in order and each client knows that there will be a wait time for the delivery of their wedding. I have moved this client up my list to edit to get them taken care of by 11/12/and the refund will be processed on 11/10/(every account gets worked in order and handled in said order)This action is unfair to other clients that came before, but to handle this matter I'm willing to do so.
