Review: I reserved batting cage 4 at 7pm on 5/4/15 for one hour. For the first 23 minutes, the machine was broken. I was offered cage 5 which was fast pitch not slow pitch and didn't receive a credit for lost time. Cage 5 only worked for about 15 pitches before it stopped pitching. When I approached the mgr about just getting my money back, he was confrontational and said I could go back to cage 5. He ended up giving me a credit for 30 minutes on a different day. It was not my fault they equipment is dilapidated. It was tough keeping my cool especially since there were two young girls in the presence of all this rudeness.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund of $14 cash, what I paid for an hour of cage time since Fun 4 All did not provide the service I purchased. I do not want the voucher as I don't plan to visit this establishment ever again.
