Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello Revdex.com The Fun Kids Preschool is the number #utmost unprofessional Preschool I have ever enrolled my children intoThe Preschool lacks Structure, organization and struggles to keep their employees employed at this location as well as the dates for attendance and financialsThe enrolled dates and financials appear to still be in a confusion of state since they have "YET" to release my fundsMy toddler was removed from this horrible NON Fun Kids Preschool due to a scare at the school in which he was treated improperlyMy toddler was found bare bottom naked on a dirty bathroom floorI have proof to support this claimI therefore removed my child "immediately" due to the carelessness and unethical practices of the preschoolThe Preschool prior to that attempted to "overcharge" me and when It was caught appear to have fell into a retaliation of the sort due to bitterness etc etc In response to the Preschools falsely alleged claims that our family was kicked out of the school at a 7th school stating "Statements without merit we will surely continue to seek our hard earned funds that are being withheld by this faulty school." Our toddler attends preschool that is compliant with Child Safety regulations and laws that coincide with the governed laws of the state of californiaThis school clearly has zero integrity and does NOT care about Children nor is it fun to pick up your baby and/or toddler when you have a business that is only interested in your money versus your childs welfareThis Preschool is shamefulI will continue to seek my "funds" owed to me in "moving forward" with what is needed to support my "Honest" and proved claimI do not condone that any preschool attack the character of a mother due to their faulted practices that prove harmful outcomes to my toddler or any child Thx Regards, [redacted] ***

Ms*** had her son enrolled in our preschool programShe was a weekly paying customer that pulled her son from our school (in an irate manner) leaving a balance owed to us on the booksOn July 11, the last payment was madeHer son’s last day of attendance was July 12, The day after
the child was pulled from our care, the child’s Father called and asked for a statement from us detailing how, why, and the manner in which the mom leftThe dad said that this is the 7th school this mom has taken her child out of care in the last year, and the previous schools had to call the police because of the extreme state the mom would be in when she would take the child from the previous schoolsThis was a year ago, and clearly not the first time this has been done by this parentShe is not owed a refund, her child was in attendance and still owes money on her accountAny documentation needed to further support our side can be providedTell us why here
