Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2016/02/17) */ Hi Bernice, Thank you for your email regarding the [redacted] purchase of their Genesis 37GS from our Fresno store We take our customers issues to heart as we are avid campers ourselves I have spoken with the Sales person and the manager regarding the [redacted] 's purchase Our findings are as follows: We did not have any with that option in stock at the time they made their purchaseWe typically only order the rear patio on the 40GS The unit we sold them had no description of a rear patio any where in printAlso, the Due Bill has no indication that we would include anything other than two batteries and a starter kit which is standardTheir is no inclusion or charge for a rear patio on the MSRP that was included in their paperwork The pictures indicate that the unit was never equipped with the patio in question When the trailer is built, it takes a different style of sofa to accommodate the rear patio set upThe rear is a pass thru dinette style that folds down into a bedWhen the unit is not ordered or equipped with the rear patio, it comes with a sofa that folds down A customer can simply look at the picture and clearly see that this trailer is not equipped with the patio option I wonder if perhaps the [redacted] 's had spoken with a different dealer or maybe looked at a brochure and gotten confused We are sorry they feel we had promised them something but it is impossible for the sequence to have happened as stated

The actual owner of this business has reached out to me and they have corrected the issue to my full satisfaction. I wish to terminate this complaint. Again I am totally satisfied at the resolution of this issue.

Thank you for the opportunity to resolve any issues we may have with any customer.
I am [redacted] and I have never spoken to Ms.[redacted] or her boyfriend regarding this issue.

We do show that Ms [redacted] has called in before but has failed to bring the trailer in.
I have notified our service dept Manager that Ms [redacted] has an open appointment to bring in their trailer anytime.
generally speaking, I find their complaint to be unlikely, false and completely untrue. I'm sorry but we have never refused to set any appointment or to service any of our customers.
Our records indicate that we have opened claims based on info that the customer has called and stated but has never arrived with the unit for repair.
Both us and the manufacturer stand ready and prepared to help them.
So to be clear, Ms [redacted] should immediately bring her trailer in for service.
Thank you and I apologize for any misunderstanding although I'm not sure how this can even be stated about me since I have never spoken to anyone regarding this unit.

I spoke directly to [redacted] in his office about getting the microwave warrantied. [redacted], and a few other employees were also present in the office while I spoke to him. Also, when I called to make an appointment to get the furnace repaired I spoke to [redacted] on the phone. He stated they were not taking appointments because they were too busy doing warranty work on trailers from another manufacture. I had to make an appointment with [redacted] everts rv in Fresno ca to have the furnace fixed. The company has a recorded message stating they record all phone calls. Maybe we can pull up the conversation.

Review: I purchased (paid in full via check, so unit was purchased and paid in full) a brand new 2014 Forest River V Cross RV on 2/27/2014, from the Toy Hauler Liquidators location in Rocklin,CA. During the selection process I noticed a big dent at the front of the RV, I pointed this dent out to the salesperson [redacted]. [redacted] stated" Oh yeah by the time you come to pick up the unit on 3/3/2014, the panel will be replaced and the dent will be fixed ".On my return date of 3/3/2014, [redacted] the salesperson was off, so I did the walk around/walk through and pointed out the dent to the manager [redacted]. [redacted] said"[redacted] the salesperson never mentioned the dent to him" I also noticed another dent by the rear bathroom door during the walk through on 3/3/2014. I pointed out the second dent to the manager [redacted] and he stated" Just take the unit and I will send someone out to your location to fix these dents".[redacted] said as I was leaving with my newly purchased RV "Just let me get get through the RV show this coming weekend and I will get someone out to fix the dents"I waited for the RV show to be over and I sent a text to my salesperson [redacted] "any idea on when someone is going to be out to fix my unit?" [redacted] never replied.So the following week I left 2 voicemails on the main business line at the Rocklin location (one on Tuesday and one on Thursday asking for someone to call me back) No one returned my calls during that week.Desired Settlement: Due my back disability I am unable to bring my RV to their location as the owner [redacted] (Toy Hauler Liquidators and Fun With Cars in Fresno) has asked.I would like for this dealer to honor their promise and send someone out to fix the dents on my new RV.I have a lot of emails from myself back and fourth with the owner that need to be reviewed by the Revdex.com.Affordable RV in Newcastle,CA is authorized to do offsite repairs and has given me a bid to fix the dents. I want the dents fixed.

In response to Mr [redacted] complaint, there are many issue on many levels that we have attempted to work through with him.

Review: I purchaced a new Rv trailer from Toy Hauler Liquidators November 16, 2013. I only recieved a set and a half of keys. (two missing) As any new trailer has, I found a couple issues after bringing the trailer home. Two 110 outlets were not working, a cabinet drawer was broken and others were mis-allinged not allowing them to lock in place while in travel. also one of the stabilizer jacks was not working properly. I also still had not recieved the missing keys. I took it back to the dealership (103 miles away from where I live)a week later November 26 2013 and left it there for them to work on. when I returned that sunday to check and see if it was ready. I was told the technician the had has been fired. The only issues that were resolved were the stabilizer jack and the drawer was re-attached and they were able to come up with one of the keys. Now instead of two plugs not working three were not working. I asked them how the rest of the issues were going to be resolved and they had no answers for me. I took the trailer home and was able to repair the plug issue myself. A month went by and I found the hot and cold water in the bathroom sink were backwards, a exterior door would pop open going down the road (even though it was locked), My side entrance door seemed to have a bow in it (causing it not to seal), a tie down in the floor was missing, drawers were still comming open due to not being aligned properly. Also the shower surround was not sealed on the top edge. I tried to get a dealership around my area to work on it, but they were two month out. Also they said that I needed to go back to the dealership I purchaced it from because I needed adjustments done and not warrantee work. I called Toy Hauler Liquidators and talked to supposedly a "new" manager there by the name of [redacted]. I explained the issues and he said he would take care of them, detail the trailer for free (which never was done when I bought it), I told him I was heasantint to bring it back sice I have wasted alot of time and fuel bringing it up there already. He agreed to pay my fuel to bring it back. I also told him I was still missing a key to the trailer. I delivered it back to them January 17, 2014. Within the next week he called saying most of the issues were taken care of but a new side entry door had to be ordered and installed. I called for an update February 13th and [redacted] said the door had just arrived but there was no decal that goes with it. he would have to order it ( 5-6 days was his guess to get the decal) I called for an update February 21, 2014 left a message and did not get a call back. Called again February 23 and got a hold of [redacted]. He said he had not seen the decal come in yet and he would call me back the next day with a update. The next day, monday, came and went not hearing back from [redacted]. Tuesday I decided to call the manufacture (Forest River) to see if a decal had been ordered. I spoke with [redacted], who said they have not recieved an order for the decal and he would call me back after he investigate the issue. Wednesday [redacted] called me back say the decal was ordered and would arrive Thursday. Thursday night at 7:45 pm I recieved a call from [redacted] saying everything was done with the trailer and he is going to have it delivered to me tomorrow. I went over everything with him on the phone including making sure I had all the keys and I would be recieving the fuel money owed to me. He assured me that I will have the fuel money and keys would be with the driver delivering it to me. The trailer arrived Friday at 4:30 pm. I looked over the trailer finding several issues not resolved and new issues.

ISSUES NOT RESOLVED

- SIDE DOOR LATCH STILL OPENS WHEN LOCKED

- NEW DOOR THAT WAS INSTALLED NOT COMPLETLY SEALED AND RUBS ON THRESHOLD

-STILL MISSING KEY #330 -TRAILER WAS NOT DETAILED AS PROMISED -CABINATE DRAWERS STILL MIS-ALLINGED

-NO FUEL MONEY WAS GIVEN TO ME -SHOWER SURROUND STILL NOT PROPERLY SEALED

- THE DECAL ON THE DOOR IS NOT THE CORRECT NEW ISSUES

- NEED TO CONFIRM IF HOT AND COLD WATER ARE CORRECTED IN THE BATHROOM. UNABLE TO DOSO DUE TO NO POWER IN THE TRAILER TO LIGHT WATER HEATER

-BATTERIES WERE COMPLETELY DEAD ( THERE IS A SOLAR PANEL ON THE TRAILER THAT SHOULD HAVE KEPT THEM MAINTAINED)

- MY ADAPTER TO PLUG IN THE TRAILER IN IS MISSING. ( NO WAY TO CHARGE THE BATTERIES OR GET POWER IN THE TRAILER)

- THE DECAL ON THE DOOR IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE Desired Settlement: - REPAIR ALL ISSUES LISTED ABOVE PROPERLY - REIMBURSE ME FOR MY TIME AND FUEL WASTED BRINGING TRAILER OT DEALER - REIMBURSE ME ATLEAST TWO MONTH OF PAYMENTS SINCE THAT IS HOW LONG IT IS TAKING TO RESOLVE ISSUES

- OR REPLACE TRAILER WITH SAME MODEL WITH NO ISSUES - GIVING ME EXTENDED WARRANTEE FOR FREE ( REFUNDING ME THE PRICE OF WARRANTEE TO MAKE UP FOR (INCONVIENECES) - REIMBURSE ME FOR ALL PAYMENTS MADE SINCE PURCHASE

I PURCHASED A NEW TRAILER SO I DO NOT HAVE TO WORK ON IT. I AM MORE THAN CAPABLE OF REPAIRING A TRAILER. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WAS GOING TO BE THIS MUCH OF A HASSEL I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A NEW TRAILER. THE DAY I GOT THE TRAILER BACK I WAS PLANNING TO GO ON A SHORT TRIP TO THE COAST. BEING THAT I HAD NO POWER IN THE TRAILER I WS UNABLE TO DOSO. THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY SCREWED ME. I HAVE CONTACT THE OWNER OF TOY HAULER LIQUIDATORS AND HE SEEMS TO BE DRAGGING HIS FEET ALSO. PROMISING ME THE WORLD, YET NOT TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR THIS. SORRY IF THIS LONGER THAN ASKED BUT IT WAS HARD TO CRAM 5 MONTHS IN A SHORT DESCRIPTION. I HAVE BEEN LOSING SLEEP WONDERING WHAT THE NEXT STEP IS, OR IF I NEED TO CONTACT A LAWER. THESE ARE VERY SMALL ISSUES BUT YET TOYHAULER LIQUIDATORS SEEMS TO BE HAVING A HARD TIME HANDLING THEM PROFFESIONALLY
