Review: Company shipped me the wrong product. I was sent a cowboy dachshund figurine (get a long little doggie), not the one I ordered which was HD-16533 Long Dawgy Dog Hot Diggity.

I've been trying to resolve this issue for three days with no response from anyone at the company. I have emailed twice and left one voice message. Every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. No live person ever answers.

My Order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered. if you do not have the product I ordered, I want a full refund. If you want the wrong product you sent me shipped back, company must provide shipping label.

We apologize that you received the wrong figurine. A chargeback was initiated by the customer and we will not dispute it so a full refund is in process by the credit card company. At this time we are not asking for item to be shipped back. The customer may keep it at no charge.

Review: On May 25, 2014, I ordered a gift from Fun Collections website. I was charged for this item plus shipping (paid through PayPal). The item still has not shipped and continues to show "Processing" status on Fun Collections website.

I have made four attempts to contact this business. Two phone messages, one message directly through their website, and once via email. They have not responded. No one answers the phone and I have been forced to leave voicemails which have gone unreturned.

The birthday I was ordering for has come and gone.Desired Settlement: I either want this item shipped immediately or my money refunded immediately.

Review: The whole process of ordering and receiving merchandise was extremely frustrating. In ordering, I received no notice items were being shipped. I called to check the status. The phone number goes to a message saying no one is available and to leave a message and they will "call you right back." No one has called in the 3 times I called. I stated on their order form (which states "When do you need the items?") that items needed to be delivered by October 5, and the items were finally shipped on October 11th, too late for my purposes. On one occasion I did get to talk directly with someone named [redacted] who I assume is the owner. I returned items (because it was past my deadline for gift-giving) according to their instructions online and have not received one word, either phone or email, that it was received and is being processed. I have the USPS tracking number which states the box was delivered and is available for pickup at the Fun Collections PO Box since October 21. I called again November 4th and got the message someone would get right back to me. No one has called. I will never again order from this site. The service is extremely poor and unresponsive.Desired Settlement: Fun Collections will credit my Visa charge card account immediately for the returned items, totalling $87.85.

Review: I had placed an order for a gift for my mother on March 9th, 2015. Ordering process went fine. I had received a confirmation email with my receipt and it stated I would receive another email when my item had shipped. I gave it a week and still had not received that email. Meanwhile, the purchase had already cleared my bank account. I decided to call their 800 number to check the status of my order on the 13th, a Friday. They didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I then waited till the 16th on Monday, called again. I had also found their local 619 number, called, no answers and left a voicemail. A lady called back an hour later. She said my item has not been shipped but that she was going to ship it, and it would be there in a couple days. I thought that was fine. 4 days later I still expect to receive the email stating my item has shipped. I log into the fun collections website to check on my order and the status says "new". I decide to send them a message with the email they provide and I call their numbers again and no one answers. I leave another voicemail. It is now the 24th. My order status still says "new" and I have yet to hear back.Desired Settlement: I would like some body from this business to call me back about my order. I would also like a refund if my item has still not been shipped.
