Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the next shoe fell, among those previously addressed I've was notified this morning by the lender, who will be processing & will be acquiring the vehicle tags, that they have yet to receive the title for the vehicle from Fun Motors Fun Motors "is working on it" but hasn't provided a date when this action will be complete If Fun's performance in the past is any indication of how this process will be handled I am understandably anxious as to the outcome Consequently I feel I'm in a state of limbo until the issue is resolved To Fun's credit I have received the wheel covers and forwarded an invoice to Fun for the replace basement key and am awaiting reimbursement Regards, [redacted]

Hello,
Your title was overnighted to Essex yesterday morning. It should have been to them today. We are working as fast as we canthe title transfer involved different states., the original title state, we are Texas dealers and it is being registered now in North Carolina. These are complicated transfers that require documents simpler in state deals do not. The second all paperwork was filed and our state was notified of transactionwe were granted permission by state to release title to the next state. We are licensed, bonded and this is why Texas allowed us to issue buyer a temporary tag.
We had wheel sims sent to buyer as he noted
We also are planning to reimburse for basement key via ***, please give us time to receive your invoice and send out. We spent the better part of a day dealing with *** and numerous *** dealers only to find key not available. This is why we are paying for locksmith services
Thanks,
***

Hello [redacted],
I received your Revdex.com complaint last week but I was working out of state auctions and was on an [redacted] all week, hard to read complaint and reply from an [redacted] so I forwarded it to [redacted] and asked him to get to work on helping you and I am now back in office to reply...

from PC.
I apologize for [redacted]'s actions and for anything that made you unhappy.
I am not making excuses, but [redacted] has only been on board a few months... we deal with about 10 different types of rv's and probably over 100 different mfg.'s, he is learning quick, but obviously not quick enough.
Our ad states we clean rv's but rarely to our customers standards... if [redacted] promised it would be clean, he should have made sure it was done or done it his self.  Again, not an excuse, but he was out 4 days the prior week with extreme backpain.
It is my understanding the wheel sims had been ordered, but our normal supplier had them on back order.. this is why they were not on your rv.  One of our shop employees was only trying to make your rv look better by painting wheels, still planned to get sims, not trying to fool you.
As far as the tires, we voluntarily have an official Texas state inspection done on all rv's we sell in state or out of state.  NC does not require you to have a Texas inspection so we are "wasting" our money having this done in many people eyes, but not in ours.  We have to prioritize since we are a small business.  Our priority is making sure rv's are road worthy and that our customers that come from all over the US as well as abroad have the best possible chance of making it home safely.  We put cleaning, etc. at bottom of list and mention that in our ads.   Part of the several hundred point inspection of the state is to check tires as well as tire pressure.  We had it inspected before your arrival, and I know the temperatures were all over the place, 70 during day, 18 at night, etc.  not sure if this was cause of 5lb loss or if the inspectors guage was off or ?
As far as basement keys, we sell rv's with keys we get... if customer is promised all keys, we have a wall of keys to check as well as a locksmith a mile down the road.  The is part of [redacted]'s inexperience... he should have drove you down the road and had a key made for you.  We have looked through ours and do not have the correct one.  I have message into [redacted] to see if they will sell us one.  We are not new [redacted] dealers so I am not sure.  If they will not send one, is there a locksmith in your area that you can have make you a key?  If so, its normally under $50 to have this done and I will reimburse you via [redacted] if that is ok?  If not let me know how you'd like to handle it.
As far as [redacted]'s dirty shoes.... I hear you, my wife, kids and I are like you.  Very neat and care.  Unfortunately, not all are that way.  I do not think [redacted] was trying to disrespect you or did on purpose, he is just not as neat as we are?  I guess your hint went right over his head or maybe his back was killing him, I do not know.  Again, sorry that he was not neat.
As far as low fuel in tank.... we normally pay transporters to bring us rv's.  We pay them by the mile so they bring them in on fumes.  Normally we have to have a 1/3 of a tank to run gens, but yours has an lp gen... again [redacted]'s inexperience.  We did however put 10 gallons in it upon arrival (it was on fumes when it came in)  however, we drove to state inspector, test drove, had to drive a few other places to have work done required to pass state inspection, etc.   I can't beleive we ran around 100 miles but I guess they add up, they should have added fuel again on way back in but did not have gas card, not an excuse, just what happened.  If [redacted] would have gone with you to locksmith, he could have stopped for fuel on the way.
As far as settlement:
[redacted] ordered wheel sims from a different retail supplier and had them shipped directly to your home, please let me know when you receive.
I am waiting on [redacted] call back, in meantime please let me know if there is a locksmith in your area you are comfortable having make you keys.
I've apologized for every one of [redacted]'s actions and any of our companies actions, let me know if this is satisfactory, if not let me know what is required.  We have taken EXTREME action with [redacted]... we realize he is new, but most of his actions are common sense... if you promise someone ANYTHING, HE NEEDS TO DO IT!!!!  No excuses, just action.
Thanks,
[redacted]
