We took the $deducted the cost of shipping the item to you which was $which then leaves you a refund of $which you will receive once you have returned the parts that you ordered incorrectly back to usIf you then want the correct parts sent to you this credit can be applied to the new order and you would be responsible for the remaining balanceWe don't pay for shipping on product that has been ordered incorrectly

Good morning On June 13th I contacted the customer to let them know I could sell them a return label for $and waive the 20% restocking feeThey felt it was unacceptable to have to be responsible for the return shipping costs when they ordered incorrectlyOur return policy clearly states on our website that shipping is Not Free but it is Included in the price so we do have to deduct the shipping out of the price which is $That will make the refund to the customer $and they are responsible to ship the wrong parts back to usI also had waived the 20% restocking fee for them and tried to help as best as I couldThe customer claimed the shipping of the items back to us would cost half of the price of the unused item so that is why I offered a return label at $but that still was not acceptable to the customerWe are out the shipping of the product to them so if I were to pick those products up and reship the ones they need at no cost to them I have spent $in shippingWhich would mean I would be giving the product away at this pointI tried to compromise the best way I could and I do not feel we were rude or unkindIf they were unsure about what they ordered they could of called or emailed and we would have gladly helped them determine the correct parts they neededThank you [redacted]

This is not stealing we sent you the parts YOU ordered and we paid $to ship them to you therefore that can not be refundedIt is your responsibility to ship back the parts you ordered incorrectlyThe refund policy states this on our websiteWhy should we be responsible to send you a label for parts you ordered incorrectly? [redacted] ordered an enclosure middle pole online for $including shippingWe shipped what she ordered then she called and said she didn't get all six poles and [redacted] told her she only had ordered one poleShe then said she thought all were ordered and wanted to speak to managementI ( [redacted] ) then called and [redacted] didn't answer and I left a message stating that she had only ordered one pole and that it states on the website that it is one pole but for the misunderstanding I would let her purchase the other poles for $instead of the regular price of $She never called me backI felt that I tried to compromise with her on this matter and help her as best I couldI am enclosing a picture off of the mobile site that says pole not poles and shows quantity of oneI will be happy to do what I had offered and send the other poles at $Thank You, [redacted] ***Fun-Time Enterprises LLC

I am rejecting this response because: They are NOT out the cost of shipping of the itemI have the e-mail stating the shipping costs of $are included in the price we paid of $We were only requesting the difference after paying to ship the items back; which was total around $They are asking us to pay shipping again on top of that, and then seeming to think we are being helped by waiving a restock feeIf we paid that too, then there is no refund whatsoeverWe are out about 70% of the more we spent with this "pay shipping two times" policy they haveI shop online regularly, and have NEVER encountered thisI am a paying customer, and just because I ordered a wrong part does not mean they should be able to charge shipping twice for one way shipping to return/exchangeBoth my husband and I work with the public, and this is horrendous customer serviceI get to have my money taken from me to pay them shipping times in total, to have nothing to show for it but a huge hassleThis may be ignored, but their company will not maintain business long term with these policies and attitudesIt is unreal that this is acceptable.

I am rejecting this response because:as said already now 5 times:you didn't pay shipping of $14.25, I did. As shown in every conversation, it was included in my cost of $53.91. You don't make sense, you just lied by Saying you paid shipping. I paid it. And I'm happy to pay the $14.25 out of my refund to ship it back and get the remainder of $39.66. I won't have shipping deducted from my refund, and buy a shipping label. That is robbery and poor business

I am rejecting this response because: As you said shipping of $14.25 is deducted. So I am requesting a label, I will not pay for shipping twice. That would leave me about $16 from a $53 purchase. Just because a customer orders incorrectly is not an excuse to steal from them and charge shipping two times. I am still not ok with this. I'm awaiting a label, the shipping of $14.25 will be deducted.
