I ordered a product from this company on December 3rd, and was promised delivery before Christmas if the order was placed before the 15thWeeks go by and my order still says processingI email the company and receive no responseI then receive a “shipping” notice and they stated on their [redacted] page that the orders would be going out on MondayWell days later my tracking info still has not been updatedMy comment was deleted and I was blocked from their [redacted] page after I confronted them about my issues with my missing orderBased on the comments of others I’m not alone in my problem with this company

[redacted] page says custom items would ship within business daysOn the 11th business day (12/16) a shipping label was created however USPS did not scan the item as receivedToday marks the 5th day after the label was created and the item has not been received by USPS (their shipping service provider)Tried calling customer service and was sent to a voicemail and directed to email the companyEmailed the company and have received no responseThe company is deleting poor reviews off their [redacted] page in order to continue to deceive potential new customers and has blocked me after pointing out a shipping label being printed was not the same as actually shipping the itemThrough numerous attempts have still not received information on my order

I placed a Christmas order with this company on 12/8/Processing was supposed to occur within daysOn 12/20/I reached out to the company as there was still no tracking number for my items and was advised that processing was delayedI advised them to cancel my order and refund my cost ASAP as these were gifts that I would not need AFTER the holidayI had to reach out to the company MULTIPLE times and received no response until today advising that the order was shipped today DAYS after I requested MULTIPLE times that the order be canceled and my payment refundedThis company refuses to address the clear request I made on 12/20/I want a refund ASAP and they need to cancel this orderThey had ample time to correct this on their end and to notify me that their processing would be delayed, prior to my having to reach out and inquire

I ordered Krazy Straws from this company on 11/29/ Their website says days processing time and to days shipping I received shipping notification from *** *** on 12/14/that my package was expected on 12/20/ When I track the package it says shipping label created and that is all I contact the Company on 12/20/and was told the post office does not update the siteI responded that the post office has nothing to do with my *** *** package It's just the excuse they are giving their customers via Facebook that has not received orders As of 12/22/17, I have messaged them twice trying to receive an updated on my product, and they have not responded

I placed an order on November 24th According to their website it takes business days to fill the order and then 3-business days for delivery I received an email with tracking information but the only information there was that a label had been prepared I talked to a lady in their customer service who told me the order would be shipped on December 11th When I did not receive it by then I called her back She told me the PO must have misplaced the order She said they would redo the order and after haggling about shipping they were going to send it day delivery so that it would arrive yesterday It is still not here, they have blocked my email address, they are not returning my phone calls and not responding to my messages on Facebook I now have no gifts for children for Christmas Eve

I received a notification that the product was shipped on the 3rd, though the email I received was on the 2nd, and said "A package was shipped to you on 01/03/2018"It does appear to be shipped, though not received
Overall, the team was non-responsive, and set no expectations of product taking this long to arrive, if it does

I never received my item They will not respond to my complaints This is a terrible company They claim they mail the items on a certain day, then you never receive your item! They have complaint after complaint on their ** page And, they delete most of the complaints daily

I ordered from this company in November and never got my product even though they charged me immediately afterwordAbout a week before Christmas I emailed, called them and got no responseOn their websites tracking page it shows they had printed a shipping label about a week earlier but had never actually mailed my productTheir *** page was filled with others in the same situationAfter messaging them multiple times on *** messenger, it showed they had seen and read my messages but they never respondedThen they blocked me so I could no longer even attempt to get my money backI have attempted to reverse the charges on *** who I paid through thankfullyThey took my money and ran and would not ever respond to multiple attempts to contact them

I ordered seven personalized *** on Dec7, According to the company's website they were supposed to be delivered before Christmas They arrived the week after Christmas and one of the straws sent was the wrong name and color I have contacted the company four times via phone, email and their *** page and never get a response

I placed an order with Krazy straw on Dec 1st (order # ***) for custom drinking straws for a total of $Their shipping states Internet store orders please allow up to business day for order to leave our warehouse and up to days for custom name strawsOnce shipped please allow 3-business days for deliveryI made a custom order so figured they would ship in daysI called to make sure I would receive the product in time for Christmas as was told YES, they will ship within days, so I placed the order

Krazy Straws has a *** page and website with a promotion for a custom made krazy straw for a total of $through ***I have submit a complaint for a refund through *** as well, but my complaint should be public due to the "scam" like qualities this company is possessing
When the item is ordered, the advertisement says "shipped directly to you within business days" I paid for my order on December 5th and it is now December 23rd and I got no email updates UNTIL I reached out, only to then get a tracking number claiming my item shipped on the 20th, even though the email was sent on the 19thThe item has not moved past shipping label processed; my item has not been dropped off
