Business manager Janet M is saying she requires customer to pay at least 2,000.00 before providing the business tax id number for tax preparation and childcare expense. The maximum childcare tax expense allowed by the government for 1 child is 3,000.00 for the year of 2019 so it doesn't make any sense for her to request her customers pay over 2,000.00 to her business before releasing the tax id number regardless how many children they have in her facility. It is also against the law to make such a requirement for customers. You have to report any and all income received for services to the IRS not just the income eclipsing a certain amount per customer. I have electronic proof of approximately 1,215.00 paid to the business through cash app. I have receipts making up the cash payments payed to the business as well. I need this issue resolved asap being my wife and I are trying to file our 2019 income tax as accurately as possible.
I Janet M received a complaint after the allotted time to answer, however I did want to address this complaint and answer on behave of the company. Perrice J made a complaint on the company sating that we refuse to give him our tax ID number which is true. Upon enrolling this child into our facility. Mr. J was no where to be found. A lady (Blessing J) came in crying about how she is here from another country away from her other 2 children and she has had a baby by this man that doesn't help her. She begin to stress over his other 10 kids and seemed upset about the department of social service wanting to take her baby. Taking in consideration we are a non for profit school and is designed to help certain situations we offered her a discount rate which made her tuition $ 75 for 6 weeks. This was to give her more time to find a better job to afford the tuition for her infant. Once that 6 weeks was up she moved the child. Which was okay.
Mr. J called yelling at me about a tax id number on February 13, 2020 in which I informed him before coming up to the facility that we will not be issuing the number to him. For one he is not our consumer and two he has not paid any monies to the company.
A police report has been filed against Perrice J and a warrant is issued for his arrest for battery along with trust passing.
This report was made the day the police was called to remove him from the facility so it explains why we are getting a complaint from the Revdex.com.
Mr. J is not allowed in or around the facility and will not be having any further contact.
