We were at Fun Kidz in Richmond last week for my nephew's birthday party which unfortunately turned into a nightmareMy son and husband were on the highest level and just when they got near the corner of the net, my son fell offFor some odd reason, all the cable ties were gone and left a big hole for any freak accident to happenLuckily, my son was able to grab onto the pole with one hand and held onto his dear lifeMy husband quickly pulled him back up and my son's elbow was bleeding right afterIf he had fallen, there were no cushion underneath except concreteIt would be great if there are standards that can be enforced to eliminate hazards for childrenNo child should have their life risked from playAfter what happened, my husband went to talk to the workers and I feel like our complaints fell on deaf earsThey offered us two free vouchers and that's itI am surprised that there were no first-aider on the premises whatsoeverWhat if my husband was not there with him? I have tried calling and cannot get a hold of anyone.  I have had a complaint from [redacted]. First off, she ahd ordered a bounce house for the weekend which is 150 plus the delivery.  So we booked it, then all of a sudden she wanted 2 bounce houses so I told her I would do the second...

one for 100 so a total of 250.  then she switched back to saying she just wanted one of them for 100 dollars.  Which I do have a unit that I do run for 100 dollars.  As I asked for payment several times she stated she would pay when we delivered.  Normally I don't do this, but I allowed it because it was a short notice order.  The day of her delivery she kept calling to see when we were coming.  When I called her to tell her we were on the way, she stated great I'm home and have the check.  The biys got there and deelivered the unit for her and she had left.  Knowing that we were on our way.  She left her son there, and when the guys asked for the check that she claimed she had he said oh my mom told me to tell you it's in the mail.  This order was done at the beginning of June and I still have not received a payment.  And she stated that the bank told her to wait 3 more weeks before canceling it.  She knew where to send the check and is stating she sent it to my old address. We;; everything is forwarded, and on top of it knew where she was supposed to send the check right when she booked the order which she never did.  She would not answer my calls or return my messages.  Then she emailed me threatening to send me to the Revdex.com  but yet she has not paid for her invoice.  She never had any intentions of paying this.  As well she states she is a business owner, and I looked her up and she is not.  Clearly she made it clear she will not pay this as she kept my unit for the whole weekend and claimed how great it was!
I have still not to this date been paid for this invoice.  So I am disputing her case, as she claimed she was satisfied with the services and kept my inflatable for the whole weekend.  She made sure to leave when we were on our way so she didn;t have to pay.
I will be disputing this matter.
