The Refund  check was processed and mailed out to customer 12/04 for the amount of $233.26 under  the name we have in our system provided by tge customer, [redacted]. Please allow the Postal Service enough time to deliver the check as we are now in Holiday season. Rejecting the reply will not make the Postal Service deliver the check any faster. We thank customer for their patience.

The exchange has already been shipped out and received by customer on 12/09 fed-ex tracking number : [redacted]Due to customer not having email access where we can quickly email a return label to print and use, we offered to mail customer a return label. Customer never...

receive the label, which is a risk we take and choose to avoid by emailing labels directly to customer. We would also like to clarify, customer decided to self ship the unit due to no longer been able to wait for a return label to be re-sent to customer. This is another issue we like to avoid and self shipped units are not guaranteed to be processed as they are not received with the proper labeling referencing causing shipments to be lost. Which was the case, the unit was not received properly due to customer self shipping the unit. We thank customer for their time and patience and consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand the element of the 1-year warranty. While I am disappointed in the quality of the product I own from Funai, I recognize that is their right to produce inferior products and cover them for the time they believe those products should work properly. While the response appropriately points out that my purchase is outside of the warranty period (purchased on June 27, 2015), my complaint to the Revdex.com is in line with the poor customer service I received when seeking resolutions to repair my device. I ended my first call when I recognized that the customer service agent with which I was working would not escalate the trouble shooting process for me. I began to seek my own solution, but realizing my inability to repair the device on my own, I called in again seeking information on how to resolve my issue. When the second agent was unable to answer my questions, I requested the assistance of a supervisor. The agent placed me on hold for quite some time, then informed me no supervisor was available. There was no effort made to offer a return call from a supervisor when one was available. In short, my complaint is to inform the Revdex.com that Funai does not operate in a manner warranting a good Revdex.com rating because the quality of their products, in my opinion, is unacceptable, and the service I experienced was, by all standards, unacceptable. This was also demonstrated by their response to my initial complaint being that they never sought to contact me to reconcile my complaint, or actually understand it, but rather, they sent their reply and stated that they considered the complaint closed. For these reasons, I reject their response.Regards,

Customer has been issued a refund for the repair. We thank customer for their patience.

We do apologize for the delay. As mentioned in previous response, our Call Center only services Funai brand products. We did receive an update from our Neato team in our warehouse, The unit was successfully repaired and returned back to customer. While we understand customer was without the longer than intended, we received the unit in November and shipped it back to customer this month, did not take 8 months to service the unit. There is no purpose for rejecting the response, customer has the repaired unit. Please close case immediately.

A group of guys from this place came to replace a pool liner (round above ground) last summer. My son in law came by that weekend to check it out, and found two partially burned cigarillos between the pool deck boards, clearly left by the workers. Less than a week later, the pool exploded at the seam.

I tried to call them the following day, and the owner (Rick) was RUDE and yelled at me for calling his "men" unprofessional (I didn't, but believe the cigar butts speak for themselves) and that the shell probably had existing damage.

Why didn't his "professional" expert installers warn me about the damage (they claim) that would ultimately cause the pool to collapse BEFORE installing the liner that would then again cover it so we again would not be aware of damage?

Why did the owner of a small business yell at and upset a customer when they called about a justifiably and OBVIOUSLY stressful situation that filled the neighbors' basement with water? Ultimately he was rude to me on the phone and offered no workable recourse for the money I wasted for this job.

Do we want to talk about professionalism?

It's unclear if there was existing damage to the metal she'll that caused the weakening, as it IS NOT VISIBLE WITH THE DECK AND LINER INSTALLED.

I expect a pool person to do the following in order for me to consider calling them any synonym of "professional", not consider calling a lawyer or the media, and be generally forgiving of what may or may not have been an oversight of his professional cigar-smoking staff:

1: inspect and notify homeowner of any damage to concealed parts before installing a high-tension rubber sock in it, re-concealing any damage and filling with thousands of lbs of water
2: pick up your litter and trash before leaving the worksite
3: be polite and understanding to homeowner who just lit (drowned) $1000 to your business and is understandably alarmed (and not rude to you) when calling
4: don't dodge phone calls from my son in law when he's trying to get in touch with you to discuss this ridiculous situation and your terrible attitude toward me.

I'm having a new pool shell and liner installed by another company at great cost. The least this business could have done was offer a new liner since their installers did not properly inspect the work site before slapping a new liner in an (so they claim?) unsuitable shell.

This business does bad work, does not ensure their work is placed and done to a suitable structure before walking away, and offers no efforts to resolve the situation amicably and even goes so far as to be rude and aggressive to the customer when contacted about the problem.

I'll not recommend this company for anything but one star reviews on every site I can locate. I'll not recommend contacting them unless you have a thick skin and enjoy abuse.

Hire them if you enjoy cigarillos. They'll share. Other than that, stay clear of this company who has no clue how to deal with people with maturity and class.
