*** back in JuneI spoke with Ms*** personally after learning of her issue and I was able to satisfy her and accommodate all her requestsAs a part of our discussion and subsequent settlement, she agreed to withdraw her complaint completely with the Revdex.comIn a later phone call from her she acknowledged that this had been done
I am asking this complaint be closed and removed from our record completely as Ms*** was refunded all monies she requested and released from her contractual obligation

Hi, After sending out a certified letter of my issues and the action that would taken as well as there knowledge of my complaint to the Revdex.com and my review on Google I was contacted by the husband, someone I never spoke to before & was told previously the wife MrsMarsha was the only one I could speak with who was never available that he would reimburse my funds upon me deleting my review on google and my complaintMy review was deleted though I was not able to delete my complaintThe issue was resolved and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to that company
