Hello [redacted].I am shocked to see that you posted here!I can not discuss your health concerns here because that is a Health Privacy Issue, but we worked very hard to help you.You consumed 30 days of supplements, and performed 3 diagnostic tests and yet you still want a full refund?  You...

cannot use us that way.  That is why we have a time period to process a refund. Sometimes folks want to take advantage of us and receive their supplements, testing and coaching and then contact their credit card company for a refund, just like you did!You should be ashamed of yourself.You were fully reimbursed less those charges. Please remove this review or we will seek Legal action.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
UPDATE TO Complaint ID [redacted].On July 31, I received a refund of $1328.00 from Functional Wellness Center of San Diego. This refund was seven(7) days beyond the contract date that I should have received a refund. There was no explanation of why $1669.30 was retained for 4 supplements and a notebook that I received, and two weeks of working with [redacted], the health coach at Functional Wellness Center of San Diego.  When I realized that I am allergic to one of the 4 supplements, the clearvite that she gave me, I felt it necessary to cancel my contract. I offered to return the clearvite and notebook to [redacted] at Functional wellness Center of San Diego. She did not want the notebook returned, per her email on July 20, 2017, ( I suppose this was so I could be charged 119.00 for this 2" binder that I could not use and she did not want returned.)   Calls to the office after my cancellation on June 23, 2017 and emails requesting status updates of my refund, and what would be refunded, were never returned. [redacted] said only Dr [redacted] could process the refund and she kept telling me that each time I emailed or called to get information.  I, a paid in full client, had been dropped by the Functional Wellness Center of San Diego.Given the lack of communication from Dr [redacted] and [redacted] at Functional Wellness Center of San Diego, I had no option other than to report this on 7/31(7 days after the refund should have been delivered, per the contract), to the Revdex.com and my credit card company.The small refund came after I reported the breach of contract in not receiving the refund by July 23, 2017.A complete refund of the full price is appropriate given Dr. [redacted]'s refusal to speak with me to discuss my refund. There was no personal consultation with Dr [redacted], DC, during the two weeks that I was on the program prior to my cancelling on June 23, 2017.  [redacted] is a health coach with Dr [redacted], worked with me during these two weeks on the program. I did not consider communication with [redacted] to be a health consultation, as she always had to talk to the DR and get back to me. (I trusted that she did speak to Dr. about my allergies to the clearvite). My experience with Functional Wellness Center of San Diego, Dr [redacted], has been highly stressful and disappointing.  He has truly shown that he was not focused on my health well being with the neglect in communication.    Had Dr [redacted] responded to me during the 30 day wait period for my refund, I would have worked with him to arrive at an agreement on paying for the 2 lab tests ([redacted] and [redacted]) and for the 3 supplements that I took. I would not pay for the clearvite, which I cautioned [redacted] that I may be allergic to it, and would return it along with the notebook.  I am glad I stopped taking the clearvite, so I did not get sicker from taking it.  Absent Dr [redacted]'s response to my calls and emails, I had to seek other avenues of redress.   (His response on 9/11 to this Revdex.com case that was closed on 8/31 is another evidence that he is not engaged in taking care of this client in a timely manner.)On my first and only appointment with Dr [redacted], where he looked at my health profile and recommended a four month program, my husband and I wanted to discuss the cost of the program and get back to him at a later date.  Dr [redacted]'s response was that people who don't decide today usually don't come back.   Regards,
