I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Viggle only responded to the lack of gift cards offered. They did not respond to my complaint regarding offering a Starbuck's card and after I clicked on redeem, received a code to punch in, I was then told there was no more inventory. The card should not have been listed as a gift. This happened in the past and then happened again two nights ago
They did not respond to the fact that numerous times there is a problem checking into programs. In the past few nights, I have tried to check into Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and Revolution. It recognized the program and then said there was a problem with the server, try again. After trying to times, I just gave up. I tried to check into Grey's Anatomy and the program could not be recognized after or tries
During the Olympics, I did not always receive all the points I should have. I saw this was a continuous problem with many other users on ***
Please get the systems working right. This has been a continual problem for months and has been addressed in my emails

Review: Viggle.com is an app to check into TV programs, get points and earn rewards. Up until 5 months ago, everything worked perfectly. They did some upgrades and since then, many times I cannot check into programs. They use to offer numerous gift cards. I was able to easily get a Starbucks $5 card for 12,500 points. They have taken away almost all gift cards; only offering at random a few for the taking. Twice now, I have seen a Starbucks card, went through the process to redeem. The first time I was told there was an error and last night, I was told there was no longer any inventory. One day, they were offering an [redacted] gift card. I checked virtually every 15 minutes all day long and never saw a card offered. It seems like all the do is promise with very little delivery. I have written to customer service numerous times and get no response. Take a look at Viggle on [redacted] and you will see numerous people with the same complaints that I have.Desired Settlement: I want Viggle to get things working and offer what they use to offer.
