I am very pleased with my experience working with John Madison at Fund and Grow. I found the process very simple. John was very helpful and responsive. With the help of John, I was able to obtain over $200K of financing between my first and second round. As you can imagine, this was integral to the success of my real estate investing business as I was able to purchase materials with no interest charges. I look forward to working with John in the future.

Fund and Grow is amazing. The first day Bianca started applying for loans, she got me approved for around 44,000. I sent her a message the next morning asking if we were thru with this round of funding, and she said "No, we are just getting started." About 15 minutes later, she sent another message that I had an additional $50,000 approved and the card was on its way. I build new homes as rental properties and one Construction loan for 60,000-$80,000 would have cost me at least $3,000 in closing cost. As a bonus, most of the cards have rewards and 0% interest for the first year. So , needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my results.

Wow! Retrena and the fund and grow staff are absolutely amazing in all aspects of business. The way they handle cases chronologically and professionally are beyond exceptional.
