business days depending on the bank.The last payment of $was unable to process automatically, so we can issue a check or send it via PayPal? Depending on the method chosen, we will either need an address to send the check to or PayPal account details. Please let me know if there is any additional information we can provide and also how we should proceed with processing the last $59. Thanks!

I have not received any calls (that I know of) and I am not sure that they are calling from a number that is recognizable. I have no voicemails from them either. I also have my email on file in which they have not reached out to me either. I just want my months refunded. I am only asking for months refund because I used the service for the 1st month (in which no results were attained). Having my account cancelled and getting a refund are two different stories. Do the right thing and refund my months. Thank You

refund and free hosting on the site(We delivered everything on our end initially, just never launched).I just wanted to stay in touch so you knew we were in touch with the client to get this resolvedI'll let you know as soon as I hear back.At this point, is there any additional info I can provide? The client purchased a business plan package from our team
on 12/5/2014, which consists of business plan creation by our creative team, a
strategy call with a startup consultant, creation of financial projections, and
market research. We have emails indicating exactly what is included
in
the package, as well as documents that outline the process and
deliverables. We delivered the strategy call on 12/19/and finished
the business plan first draft on 1/16/2015. As part of our foll
after delivering the resources, we discuss the client's current situation and
any other resources we have at our disposal that could benefit the
client. On this follcall, the client and our team discussed his
current situation, where he indicated he was having trouble finding investors
and believed he was supposed to receive an online funding site where investors
could find him While this was not included in the additional scope of work we would be more than happy to provide the additional service for free, but we feel that a refund for all the previous work that was performed and delivered isn't an appropriate compromise

I am rejecting this response because: This last email that was sent to you was incorrect and shows how this company is trying to manipulate conversations to cover up their wrong doings. I have attached the business plan that was done and Im copying and pasting the emails that was sent to me. I have only received 1 phone call and 2 emails since I filed this complaint. here is a copy of the last email I received and you will see there is not mention of a refund: Hi [redacted], I hope all is well. I had a chance to review the emails you forwarded me. I didn't see any mention of timeline concerns or expedition? I know you are looking for a full refund but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for work that was already performed building your profile. Since you never launched, I'd be happy to launch you and allow you to be live on the site free of charge without paying a $99 monthly hosting fee. Would you like me to take you live? I would rather pay my own and I can create my own business plan. there was never a mention of type of business plan, we was told a professional plan so we where under the impression it was a standard business plan. I have several emails also stating that I was under a timeline If I need to forward them as well. this emails never even mentioned a half refund and his email to Revdex.com says that's what they offered. The business plan I attached is what was sent without the graphics because it wouldn't copy and paste them. I don't think this company realize that Revdex.com is continuing to communicate with me as well.
