This matter was resolved with the customer and he received a refund of $on 1/3/

Ms [redacted] accepted to stay on from April 19th and when she called in June 2nd was advised on how to cancelWe did not receive her cancellation until July 28th and she disputed these charges with her bankMs [redacted] should also carefully review the terms she agreed to prior to signing up with us with regards to lawsuits in order to avoid any possible liability (Section 25-Terms of Use) At this point we will have to work directly with her bank dispute process to determine a resolution for this matter

We are a growing platform that allows the opportunity for members that sign up and post their funding requests in efforts to raise capitalOur Customer Service assists members that need help navigating, setup, cancellation assistance or any other questionsMs*** signed up for the Basic
Membership of $99, which included a day trial on March 8th We provide live customer support for our members during business hours Our Customer Service received a call from her on April 19th discussing her membership and cancellation and Ms*** decided to continue the service and was advised to cancel when she decides not to continueShe called our Customer Service on June 2nd and advised that she wants to cancel her membershipCustomer Service directed Ms*** to cancel via our website and was instructed on how to cancel the membershipWe did not receive her online cancellation until July 28thMs *** was did not cancel and was charged on June 13th and allowed her membership to proceed in to the following month and was charged on July 13th with no attempt to contact us of a concern after those payments have been madeNormally we trust a member with any cancellation concern to contact us promptly for immediate remedy between our business hoursOur records show no attempts have been made to contact us further to assist in cancellation after June 2nd until July 28th when she cancelled online and messaged billing to refund monthsOur policy and terms, agreed upon her signing up, is we do not offer refunds (Section 19- Terms of Use) for any previous months that have lapsedWe do not show an oversight on our part that would warrant a refund and have been consistent with our efforts for assistance throughout her membership with usWe also want to note our records also show she has currently disputed this matter with her bank

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked you on April 19th to cancel, you would not do a cancel, which was odd since you gladly bothered to telephone to sell the serviceI will take you to court for my refund if neededMake the refund of prepare to go to court

Business Plan template and all investor's profiles, whereas the Basic Membership does not. Our customer service is well-trained to assist our members in their inquiries and able to provide assistance in every possible way. We make a priority effort to resolve issues concerning our members with any dissatisfied experience with us. As for of Mr. [redacted], after we provided the membership information and terms of use agreed to upon sign up in our reply, he filed a dispute with his bank. We have no other alternative but to honor our original commitment to our terms regarding membership in our agreement and allow his bank to decide if a refund will be issued.

The business stating that I am not due a refund from the plan I selected. I was instructed by their customer service person that which ever plan I selected was refundable with in the 3 day period. I sent them emails and called them about my cancelation and refund. The first person stated that I was due a refund on the phone and then a few hours later an email stating that I was not due one cam through. As I stated previously, this company is cheating me and more importantly they are cheating and lying to future clients, They are promising funding services from multiple lenders but on their site it is the same lender with different sales people. You can never get someone on the phone and always have to leave messages. if this is not resolved with in 48 hrs of this statement. I am contacting the media outlets and an attorney so that we can reach out to the numerous clients that feel like they have be lied to and wronged by this establishment. I have seen multiple reviews of the same issue that I am stating here. their customer service and billing practices are horrible.

We show that Mr [redacted] disputed this transaction with his credit card processor and we replied to the bank dispute request on 1/25/16. When a dispute is made, our bank debits the funds from us until the bank makes a decision and depending on the bank, the card holder gets credited funds. If his bank decides the dispute with Mr [redacted] he would be refunded by his bank. We would agree to refund Mr [redacted] once we get confirmation from his bank that the dispute is finalized and that he hasn't already been refunded.

We do not show any cancellation was made prior to cancellation made by member on June 5th after he contacted us for cancellation request instructions to a general inquiry made on that same day. We have refunded member $99.00.

This matter was resolved with the customer and he received a refund of $99.00 on 1/3/17.

effort to resolve any members issue by giving them options. Including optional mediation through the Revdex.com prior to any dispute or complaint. in the case of Ms. [redacted] we have given Ms. [redacted] 6 months hold credit and suspended her 2nd installment payment until she is ready to continue with her business plan however Ms. [redacted] decided to go on to a different route by disputing the payment with her bank. We will continue to honor our original commitment to our agreement.

I no longer need the business plan service. You refused to give me a refund after I tried to cancel the service. When I asked to cancel no work was done by funded.com on my plan. That's unreasonable so I went through my card company. Even after they rulled in your favor I contacted funded.com to ask if I can use the $599.00 I paid towards another service offered on their site since I no longer have a use for the business plan. They refused to let me use the money they kept from me for any other services. They are forcing me to pay an additional $599.00 for a business plan writing service I don't need! I don't think it's reasonable for me to pay an additional $599.00
and that's why I got the Revdex.com involved. This company should be reasonable and let me use the $599.00 as credit towards another service I need or give me my money back. They want $1200 or they'll just keep my $599.00 for nothing? That's robbery!
