Today I receive a call at 9:17AM again from *** *** AGAINIt's a bogus call about "GETTING BUSINESS FUNDING NOW"Yesterday I pressed to be removedToday, I decided to speak with someone, HUGE MISTAKE -- I ask who they are and what they wantThe sales rep continues on his 'Boiler Room Sales Script' asking if I need cash now, blah blah blahI asked where they were calling from and he said Funding Circle in CaliforniaI was upset, I told him I was already removed and to remove me from this list as they have been bugging me or I'll file an FTC complaint, he said "Go ahead, file a complaintYou won't waste the time, do itGo for it, just do it!" I asked to speak with his manager, he said that "His name is Sam and he is the OWNER, and just DO IT! GO FOR IT!"
So, I decided to take his advice and that is what I didAlthough, I did try to speak with somebody at the company first - It seems to just be a loop of voicemailsI google mapped the address and it does not look like a FINANCIAL SERVICES office, it looks more like an apartment buildingI'm truly scared that somebody like this is out there selling financial services over the phoneI could only imagine the type of loan they are 'helping you' withToday, because of *** I will post reviews everywhere I can find - in effort to protect my fellow citizens against shady business dealingsThank You

I would strongly advise against anyone taking time with Funding Circle The staff are willing to waste your time without any concern We already have a loan with perfect repayment They approach you and solicit constantly asking for you to fill out documents for more loans and will produce what seems like arbitrary results

These people are crooksThey should not be listed with the ***They state in a letter that "You're pre-qualified for a business loan." Only "pre-qualified" really means not qualifiedHere's the definition of qualified:
"having the qualities, accomplishments, etc., required by law or custom for getting, having, or exercising a right,"
So, when they use that word, they're lyingFlatOutLyingThey say "Congratulations, your company has been pre-qualified for a Funding Circle loan! (Yup, they're deceptive enough to add an exclamation point!) And they go on to say"We know it's no easy task running a successful business, so you must be doing something right." Correct, it's NOT easy running a successful business when there are FRAUDSTERS like this aroundAnd I certainly something WRONG when I allowed my credit rating to take a hit from these FRAUDSTERSAnd shame on the *** for allowing them to be "Accredited." with you!

I can only hope they finally stop this time.

I submitted an application for a business loan to Funding Circle on 11/19/16. Funding Circle sent out a request for business tax returns per an approval they presented. I called on 11/22/16 to discuss becoming a broker with Funding Circle and the representative on the phone told me that it would take one day to get an approval as a broker. I also mentioned that I had submitted a file for a client before knowing I could become a broker. He said, no problem, just resubmit the file after you get approved as a broker with us. I explained that I did not want the client getting hit with a second credit inquiry as it was not necessary. He replied that we could simply submit the file under my company and me as a broker without doing a second credit pull or submission. I said that would be fine and submitted my paperwork immediately for broker approval. Today, 11/23/2016, I called to follow up on the broker approval and was told by Chris, who answered the phone, that the application would not be approved or looked at until Monday, because of the Thanksgiving holiday. I replied that we wanted to submit the requested documents for the client because we wanted to get him the approval as soon as possible as the client needed the funds to purchase inventory for the upcoming month of December. Chris replied that I would not get credit for that client submission as a broker when I was approved, unless I resubmitted the application. I told Chris that this is not what I had been told by the representative the day before when I inquired about this. Chris said, "Nobody would have told you that." I replied that in fact I had been and that it was rude for him to accuse me of lying about the representation which had been made. His response was, "Well, have a good Thanksgiving" and he hung up the phone. I called him back and asked to speak to his manager, to which he refused. I told him that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and he replied, "Go ahead." I have been in financial services for almost twenty years and this was the most unprofessional company I have dealt with to date. I would never recommend that ANYONE deal with these liars.
