My school group used the "APP" cards issued by this companyOur contact person at the company was very pleasant to work with, however, after several attempts to get local merchants added to the card, the merchants never were addedI collected all of the information from the businesses and submitted it to the company myself, so no leg work for them, but none of the merchants were ever contacted by the company and their discounts were not available to useI was able to use the card I purchased with a few merchants and had access to the printable offers for quite awhile, but now, nothing shows up on the app for any city I try, and I can't access the web page to check the online printable dealsI've tried calling the number listed here with the Revdex.com, as well as the number that appears on their websiteI get a recording that forwards me to a different named business, that also had no one available to answer the callLeft a message, but no response so farI'm afraid that this business is out of business, but people are unaware and may still try to sell the cardsI wouldn't recommend using this company's fundraiser cards since they seem to have an issue with reliabilityThe phone number for the person at the company that I was communicating with last Fall is no longer able to receive calls according to the voice message I got when I called it this morning

Therefore, we feel we have done due diligence regarding customer request and fulfilled our end our contracted agreement Cards have been printed, shipped, received, and invoiced We cannot put forth weeks of effort and labor and accept a cancellation They did receive Discount Cards with requested merchants Our goal is to make all of our clients happy and assist them in earning money for their school Good Luck with your fundraiser!
Complaint: ***I am glad for the apology but I do not see the reason I need to call the company to be removed from their email lists. My previous complaints and this Revdex.com complaint should be more than enough notification to be removed from their lists. What can they do over the phone that they can't do right now? I am not sure how they got my email to begin with but I hope they will stop sending me spam.

This organization entered into a contract with Fundraising Specialists, Inc, requesting a "One-Stop Discount Card. The terms of that agreement state that we will contact any requested merchants from the organization, & that once FS Inc, has secured a discount from a
merchant we will then provide the discount cards, at no up front cost. The terms of this agreement were fulfilledFS Inc, did contact all of the merchants that were requested, & we then gave of options (of the requested merchants) for the organization to choose from. This bill is still outstanding, & is still required to be paid by organizationAny & all documentation can be provided upon request

Again, as stated in the previous complaint, NONE of the requested restaurants were provided, per our request. Panera Bread, Chipolte, Fuzzy Tacos, Jimmy Johns, and Chick-fil-a were all requested. What we were told we would get were Subway or Pizza Hut. Not one single request was met. This company has stolen $1500 from a high school girls' mentoring program!!!!!!!!!
We placed an order in September, 2016, on October 29, 2015 we contacted the company and were promised our cards, on November 23, 2015 we contacted them and they promised the cards within 2 weeks. On January 25, 2016 we contacted the company demanding our money back and they promised the card within 2 weeks. On January 29, 2016 we had no cards and no money. When we called April B[redacted]'s cell phone number, 254 741 5949, it was disconnected; when we call the actual number 254 870 3286 it now sounds like a new company.
How sad that money was stolen from a high school girls' organization whose motto is to assist high school girls in participating in community service, cultural, educational, self-enhancement, FUNDRAISING, social and spiritual activities.
