I paid $to Fundznetwork.com in exchange for helping me to locate funds (grants) to start my businessI told the representative on the phone that I did not need a business plan as I already had one but they insisted on writing one anyways and told me for the $I would get a business plan, support applying for all these grants and that it was guaranteed fundingThey said that the $fee was 100% money back guarantee if I did not receive any grantsI was told the process to write the plan would take a few weeks, however it took them monthsOnce completed they gave me a site to look up my own grants, none of which applied to me nor any grants which I could apply forI contacted them numerous times leaving messages and emails asking for support and no one has returned my calls or emails in months nowHorrible customer service, once I paid them it was all down hillThey did not fulfill their end of the contract and I want my money back guarantee as this was a huge waste

I was told by Ms*** in the intake department of Fundznetwork that they could assist me in obtaining a grant or a loan to start my bussinessI paid $and told they would handle the entire processThey further claimed if I did not get th eloan or grant my money would be refunded
I was given a half put together proposal and from there have not been able to receive any futher assistance in securing either a loan or grantMany promises were made that someone would contact me.I was also told I would be sent a copy of my bill and applicationNONE of what I was told would happened acually occured
I am in need of assitance to resolve this issue
